"I have placed an order online for pickup for 1 order Jumbo wing appetizer. I showed up when my order said it was ready to ask for my order and waited well over an hour while they saw me waiting and I never even got my food. I asked the hosts and servers for an update several times, they just said it would come... After an hour waiting outside and sitting inside of me, I asked for another update that told them it was an hour and they told me that the system didn't get the order and that they just started... I asked for a refund and they didn't refund my money, but didn't even give me the appetizers after waiting the hour... the restaurant had 2 tables and 5 people at the bar. There was absolutely no reason for my order to take the smallest time. The restaurant was not even busy near, it was dead as possible. I understand system errors, errors, and if a place is busy, but not a hostess, server or bartender checked with the kitchen to see where my order is after I see that I was so long while standing around, roll ups, on their phone, and not even a little busy and I asked several times for an update. The worst service I have ever experienced, and the first and only review I will ever write"

I went there on a Sunday brunch. There was a waiting time of 45 minutes, but finally a table. The food arrived immediately and was great. Drinks were also good. You have a good brunch menu. Will definitely recommend.

Lulu has something for everyone and can accommodate large groups when you book from the restaurant. There is a good list of beers on tap and a selection of cocktails. The restaurant was from the prickly pear purée. The steak tips were pretty tender. The macaroni and cheese almost cavatappi like swirls are funny.

First off, the back patio of this restaurant is worth going to to chill with friends especially during the warmer seasons. It has cute and aesthetic vibes and great to go with friends to, for both food and drinks! For food, I recommend all the items we ordered white trash hash, vegan Buddha bowl and the avocado toast. Must try: **** Mary I would not return to this restaurant. The **** Mary cocktail was fantastic, but it is not factored into the overall score since I only review the food. The eggs benedict were well executed with perfectly cooked eggs and well toasted English muffins, but they were not particularly unique or memorable. The tomato basil type had a tasteless basil oil that made it too oily. The chipotle pork dish had an interesting combination with cornbread, but the pulled pork was overly sweet and soggy.
