"I have never seen such a display of arrogant rudeness in my life. Manager delivered the order which did not look right. When we asked about it she said. Yup, that should be right. To which I asked, I know it should be, but is it? I know we paid for the right thing but this doesn 't look like the right thing . . . and I held out to her. She turned her head sideways, shrugged and said yup, looks right to me. . . . And pushed past me to the next customer in line. She only got worse and worse after that. Not going back"

The Banana Splits here are incredible, and my wife’s Brownie Ice Cream was outstanding as well! Make sure to stop by while you’re in town!

Great frozen treats. Busy and fast. I really recommend this place. The menu is a lot to take in but worth it. No inside seating just outside.

Tried Andy's for the first time and it was so good! Also service was great, I last minute added cookie dough to one of the concretes and they didn't act like it was a big deal. View menu

Some great frozen custard on a hot July night I got the banana and strawberries over vanilla It was wonderful and really hit the spot, so full of flavor and a cup is just the right size, not too little not too much Great crew working it was pretty busy, but they knocked out the lines pretty quickly

Andy's is my favorite custard/cement! I love it! There aren't any locations near us, so when we find one we make sure to stop by! The Branson location had an outside ordering system/walk up window and menu. The staff were friendly and helpful describing the new flavor combinations. Well done, Andy's! Another delicious visit!

Was a recommend must have while visiting and we were so glad we did! For anyone with a sweet tooth, they have any combination you could want and let you mix and match any way you like. The custard was very creamy and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. There were a ton of people around but we orders and got our food very quickly View menu

Frozen custard for lunch? Definitely! Stopped on the way to an early afternoon show. Ordered the Ooey Gooey Concrete that we modified. Andy's Frozen Custard with broken bits of heath bar, creme caramel and almonds. We did a half vanilla and half chocolate frozen custard and substituted pecans for almonds. So delicious. Ask for two spoons and share with a loved one. No wait on a rainy Friday afternoon on October, but I bet they are busy on weekends and in the summer.

Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Andy's is a very popular frozen custard shop! Many would say it's a 5/5, but in general I don't love custard. I made the mistake and got Vanilla Concrete, Chocolate Fudge, and Cookie Dough. Rate it 2/5. Cookie dough tasted dusty/low quality. I should have got the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer. Vanilla Concrete, Peanut Butter, Hot Fudge, and Brownies. Had some of it and it was 4/5! Very crowded and popular, even 9:30pm on a Monday night!

"Really enjoyed this place, hope to go back while I'm here on holiday. I loved the hand pulled noodles, they had great bite/chew. I got the stir fry but want to go back to try the noodle bowl with a tea egg. When we asked for hot sauce the chef even came out directly and offered 2 different options. The woman who took our order was so simultaneously efficient and considerate it was incredibly impressive I ordered a passionfruit refresher from their large juice and boba drink menu and she double checked that I was okay ordering an energy drink at night. They really care about their customers! We were the only party at the time, (not remotely surprising since it was on the later end of a Monday night), and usually when there are no other customers in a restaurant I feel awkward, but Carly's has such a relaxed and friendly vibe and the family running it is so nice that we didn't feel awkward at all. Everybody we interacted with was welcoming and seemed passionate about the restaurant and food, which is rare and wonderful and sort of the whole point of eating out at a restaurant, isn't it? If I just want quick food I don't have to make myself I can go through a fast food drive thru or buy a frozen dinner or pre made meal in the grocery store. But when I take the time to find a restaurant I hope it will be an experience and that I'll get to enjoy a real meal, something somebody created with purpose and love for the ingredients. Carly's provided that, AND they are a locally owned family run small business which is like being a restaurant unicorn or something.Vegetarian options: Tofu or shiitake mushroomsParking: In front of the restaurantKid friendliness: The menu has a kid section and I think we saw the owners' kiddos there so I would say that makes Carly's likely to be VERY kid friendly"
