"We walked in and the woman at the front asked how many were in our party. We said three and requested a table. We noticed that there were three or four clean tables available, but instead, she went to clean another one. Another woman came over to seat us, and then a man arrived to take our drink orders. We simply requested three sweet teas and the combo appetizer. He then walked over to the pickup counter, which was crowded with about seven or eight people, and stood there for ten minutes. Eventually, the woman who had seated us came back and took our drink order again. After about five minutes, both she and the man returned with the drinks and the appetizer."

The waitress we ended up with was amazing. Confusion at the door with a new hire, but our experience turned out great. Took the kids and ordered the alfredo and burgers. Everything hot and fresh. Waitress gave us the attention we needed and the restaurant was clean. Atmosphere was great. This is one place where I like to come to because of the vibe.

Seriously, always forgetting items for delivery and very rude manager who doesn’t care. I usually order the fettuccine Alfredo and it is always super dry. I always order extra Alfredo sauce and literally 80% of the time you guys forget to put it in the bag -and I have I pay for it. Me and my family came in to eat before we went to Mad world. We waited 15 minutes before the server came and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered our food and she forgot to ring in my little sisters ribs. She also would not bring drink refills to our table. The waitress consistently checked in during our visit to see if we needed anything or had any concerns. She was polite and friendly. However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. When guests order a shared appetizer, like the combination appetizer, the plates should be served alongside it; this didn't happen for us. Additionally, the spinach dip was not merely toasted, but rather scorched and tasted burnt. If you can’t monitor the oven, please either don’t leave it in for too long or use a proper torch to toast the tops. Lastly, the coleslaw tasted old—if it’s made in advance, please be mindful about how far ahead it's prepared.
