The prime rib dip was disappointing. They claimed it was made with tender slices of beef, but it was more like well-cooked bacon strips that were not tender at all. After just two bites, I couldn't eat any more.

I was seated promptly and the staff was very friendly. I usually go for the ultimate margarita when I visit this restaurant. I'm not a big tequila fan, but they use high-quality alcohol and it's the best. In addition to their renowned ribs, I highly recommend trying the Prime Rib Dipper.

The service was quick and friendly. We dined at noon on a Sunday and the restaurant was not very busy. Our food came out promptly and was prepared correctly with no issues. I particularly enjoyed the chicken bowl, it was delicious. Overall, I would recommend this chain restaurant for a good dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant and our server was outstanding. I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak with garlic potatoes and it was absolutely amazing! It was cooked to perfection. I really dislike when my food is lukewarm, but all 13 of us were impressed that every dish came out piping hot. My steak remained hot until the very last bite.
