"We arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 a.m. and were seated at 11:45 a.m. We placed our order at 12:00 p.m. but did not receive any food by 12:30 p.m. When we asked our waitress, she said she had entered the order but it wasn't processed. After a 15-minute wait, our food finally arrived. The bacon burger was barely warm and undercooked. The chicken salad came without any dressing. The wonton tacos were decent but seemed more like an appetizer for the high price of $10.99. The French fries were cold and tough. The restaurant was only half full on a Sunday afternoon, which was surprising. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this location. We believe there may have been some issues with Yelp, as we also had trouble taking a photo of the burger to show how undercooked it was."

the place is not very accessible to people with physical impediments. we were there several times and every time they sit in a very narrow area for people who use wheelchairs.

I love Applebee's. The food is always good and the servers are always attentive, so I give it five stars. However, my experience today did not live up to their usual standard. Our server, Brianna, was slow to greet us and take our order.

I had a wonderful time with my friend at the restaurant. The spinach dip was delicious as usual, but the bone-in wings were just okay. My server also served as the host and bartender, and I felt sorry for them as it wasn't too busy yet. Despite only having 2 people waiting on all the tables, she did a great job and I didn't have to wait long.

This was so disappointing. I order and sent my granddaughter to pick up. She got a text saying we see you and will have your order out shortly. She wanted 20 minutes and finally went inside to pick it up. It was stone cold when she got it home. That was $30.00 down the drain. We quit going cause they are slow inside. Money is to hard to come by. Won't go again!

to dinner. trevor was our server and I love their energy. they were friendly and sweet, very knowledgeable and have often checked us, but not annoying. I ordered the oriental chicken salad, with an additional side of the dressing. juicy huh, crunchy mandling and salad noodles, and crisp salate. we recommend this location. it was busy and we were told it was 30min waiting for a table, but was only 15. Well the waiter we had was okay. He need to brush up on his people skills. Had he need to learn that Hot food hot ,and Cold food Cold! French fries and ribs were ice cold. French Fries mostly cold and hard and even the Mozzarella sticks were cold Nothing impressive about AppleBees. The Iced Tea was the best thing i had today! 2nd time at Applebee 's! Not good! My friends I ate alot at Applebee's in Michigan. Reliably good. Always busy with good food and drinks. I've been to this place 3 times now and won't go again. Always loved the 4 cheese mac cheese with chicken. It was just awful at this place. Waiter said there would be a wait on the breadstick I had to ask 20 minutes later. He was up at the bar visiting with all the other employees every time we looked. The restaurant was almost empty. Waited quite awhile and finally had to call him over to pay. No tip for this guy.
