"I'll give three stars but to offer any more would be lowering my standards. It's really a hit and miss at this place.. they never seem to get my order right no matter how many times I politely repeat myself at the speaker. When I receive my food, 9times outta 10 I am missing something I ordered and my shake has whipped cream on it. I could understand simple mishaps whenthere is a wrap around of cars behind the building, but when I'm the only person in line, it just seems unacceptable. In myopinion, this location seems to be run by rude teenagers."

The dining room was very clean and nicely decorated. The Wagyu Steak Burger was excellent. Be sure to ring the bell for good food and service as you leave. You can really tell that they take pride in what they do here. View menu

Sydney, who worked with the drive thru tonight, is absolutely amazing!!! The girl deserves a raise! I ordered $50 food and she took my order and gave it to me perfectly. It's really nice to have someone who does their job well, also a great attitude! Thank you.

I always leave a good tip for the big employees. They are fast, friendly and very friendly. Food is always fresh tasting and hot. The restaurant looks clean from me. My family is never disappointed when I have dinner or even lunch from Arby's. Thank you for your great hospitality. Keep insane!

I ordered five sandwiches and a 4-piece Mac and Cheese nugget meal. The sandwiches were decent, but I only received three nuggets for $3.99. There were also no sauces or napkins included. On a positive note, the girl at the drive-thru was very nice. But seriously, can you please pay attention to the details? View menu

It's Arbys. The food is below average and excessively priced. The atmosphere isn’t great either. Seriously, would it be so hard to install a dance floor and have that charming manager walk around in a fun costume? Despite all this, I’ll keep coming back because I’m not one to give up easily. I guess I’ll just keep enduring the culinary experiences you offer.

Got carry out order. Staff was slow and it took forever. One was more concerned about her new hair dye job then customers. Have gotten food faster in some sit down restaurants. To be honest, half of wait was because of some pain in the -s- lady in front ofus ordering who thought she was in some gourmet restaurant. Can't have this, I want that. Should mention too that they raisedtheir prices on $1 sliders to $1.49. Still $1 on menu at Arby's in Grand Blanc.
