"The last 2 times I have been were deplorable, but I decided to try again tonight. I pulled to the drive-through, and no one answered. I wait, l wait, I wait. I drive around where I see someone getting their food from the window, and they leave, so I pull up. And wait. Wait. Wait. Finally, after more than 5 minutes, a lady , managwr dressed in all dark, comes to the window and says. Can I help you? when I try to give her my order, She says you're gonna have to give me some time because the store is in shambles, one employee left and another is leaving. I ask if they were closed. Because I had already been sitting there more than 15 minutes. And she says you're going to have to give me some time. She says you can either wait or pull off. I said OK. So I sit and wait. For another 5 minutes or so. no one asked me what I wanted to order, but I see 2 of the girls moving around inside. Filling up cups she was drinking out of. So I drove off to Denham location. Where it took me 10 min to get, and 3 min to get my food and I was back home 5 min later. I DO NOT EVER SUGGEST GOING TO ARBYS IN SHERWOOD FOREST!! TAKE THE EXTRA 10 MIN RIDE TO DENHAM. WHERE THEY ARE POLITE AND EFFICIENT!!"

Had an interview with them just to be told the hiring manager was not there and she is not hiring...just like they scheduled the interview they could of called and canceled the interview...very unprofessional

Food is too expensive to be getting cold while waiting in the drive thru for a mobile order because the doors are locked. My chicken sandwich and curly fries were cold. Highly disappointed. Is the inside open yet? View menu

I love Arby's all the time. But I ordered a Reuben the other day and they didn't put sauerkraut on it. I would have given five stars but I will just give four because of the sandwich I've been ordering it for years

The paper towel dispenser in the men's restroom only dispenses an inch of paper towel, making it difficult to dry hands properly. When we alerted the staff about the issue, a female employee responded with an attitude towards my husband. Later, a male employee suggested that he fix the dispenser himself. Additionally, when I asked for horsey sauce, the same female employee who had been unhelpful initially responded rudely.

"Even with a large party for a birthday dinner, this was a very nice dining experience! Our server was very thorough and patient without rushing us or making us feel like a burden. Our food came out in a timely manner and everyone got the correct orders.Appetizers and salads came out first, then entrees just as they were ordered. The fries were definitely homemade and fresh! Igot the tri tail, which was the special for the day and it was amazing! The fish wasn't too salty, the sauces brought all theflavors together and the dish was more than filling for the price. "We had dinner here a few times but first time here for brunch. I always felt that their menu was small, but they definitely thought about the menu because I never feel like anything was missing. I always find something I want to eat there. Unlike other places where they have such jug menus that I get overwhelmed or even worse is that I can't find anything appealing. This place is pricey but it's worth it. Drinks were delicious. We had a couple of drinks and all delicious. I like that they were very flexible because they put two menu items together to make what I wanted. Two things jumped out at me and I couldn't decide so they made something for me. The first thing that caught my attention was the chicken and waffles with that sauce....but I don't want waffles. I didn't want all the heavy bread that early so I leaning toward a fresh salad... Well guess what. They were able to ask the chef to make the chicken with that sauce and put it over their fresh salad. Super nice of them. We had a few other things there too and they were all good. We haven't really had anything that isn't good. The services were great too. They always come check on us more than necessary lol. Almost to where I want to ask them to ignore us lol... Great food and great service. Highly recommended"

"I came here with my brother after seeing some very positive reviews. We both got the combo chicken shawarma and gyros plate and all the things I read online were true! It was some of the best mediterrenean food I've ever had and this was complimented by the great service we received. The portion sizes were huge and the food was authentic and delicious! The restaurant is located in a nice spot with a good atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming here again perhaps with some more family."
