"The hotel is conveniently located right on the main boardwalk, close to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. The hallways do need some improvement; the carpets are worn, the windows are dirty, and there are fingerprints on the doors. But, this is the beach after all! The standout feature of our stay was the amazing staff. From the front desk to the valet and housekeeping teams, everyone was incredible! We did experience a disturbance from a domestic dispute in the room next to ours. Unfortunately, these things can happen even at the best hotels. When I spoke to the front desk in the morning about the noise, they handled the situation beautifully. They offered us a refund and expressed their gratitude for our understanding. I cannot praise the professionalism and attentiveness of this staff enough! In an age where hospitality jobs seem less appealing, these employees were the embodiment of professionalism and always wore a smile. The only other area for improvement, apart from the worn hallways, is the indoor swimming pool. It felt dark and dingy, and it hadn’t been updated in years. Fortunately, it was summer, and we had the beach to enjoy. However, if we had visited in the winter, we would have been quite disappointed with the pool area. Even our small grandchildren found it unimpressive. Overall, I would highly recommend The Ashworth to anyone looking for a great location, clean rooms, and an incredible staff. Great job!"

I spent the weekend there, and it was a decent experience. I share the sentiment expressed by others regarding the King room pictures, as they suggest a much larger area than what I found. The sliding glass door... View menu

Dan was an amazing bartender and waiter. His drinks were so tasty, we ordered two more! The lemon drop was the best we’ve had. He was pleasant and courteous in every way. Thank you Dan for making our visit to The Breakers so great!! Rooms: 5/5

I am not staying at the hotel but my friends and k came for dinner. Cheryl was our waitress and she was WONDERFUL! She was kind, attentive, patient and anticipated our needs before we ever knew what we needed. You’re very lucky to have her on your team!Service: 5/5

I want to start by saying WOW! Isaac was our waiter, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was not only a great server but also incredibly entertaining, which made our vacation dinner even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Isaac was extremely attentive to our table while also managing several others. I’m very pleased and truly impressed. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you, Isaac! View menu

I stayed from August 11-13 and appreciated the valet service; it was great not to worry about my car all weekend. However, the room was quite small, and the balcony was even smaller. The carpets in the hallway are in dire need of cleaning. The shower head fell off, but thankfully my husband was able to fix it without too much trouble. The bathroom door didn’t close properly either. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room made a loud ticking noise at night, which might require servicing. Considering the high price of $400 a night, we expected a bit more. Overall, it was manageable, but the place definitely needs some updates and maintenance.

My wife and I spent two nights at the Ashworth by The Sea and were blown away! My wife and I grew up going to Hampton Beach with our families and decided to return for a visit. The location was excellent, the staff was terrific and very helpful! We had lunch and dinner at the Ashworth and both meals were very good and very reasonable! The location goes without saying, breathtaking!, right across from the beach! With all of the commotion going on at the beach, the room was very quiet. We will definitely return for another visit!Nearby activities: We walked to the Clamshell for a free concert! It was terrific!Walkability: A few steps from the beach and all of the boardwalk activities! No need...

"Well here I am back at it again. And BayBee this spot did not disappoint. First let say thank you to Roxanne who was our server and she was attentive and very helpful when we asked for suggestions. Big Ups to cooks on the Cooking Staff for serving fresh delicious veggies. Almost like it was farm to table. Ok so let's get into about the spot in detail. We ordered cocktails (Oaxaca Old Fashioned and Smoke and Mirrors). One word . Yea yea I know who goes to a Fusion Mexican Spot and orders an Old Fashion (this guy). Never been a big Margarita person. But I do like Tequila all day everyday. They have a hella variety. Apps we ordered was Queso and chips and Chicharrones. One word........Flavortown. And for Entrees wifey order the Special (Steak chimichanga) and I had the Taco Dinner plate. Now this is where this gets weird.......Beef Brisket and Fried Chicken Tacos. Mannnnnnnnnn they were . Beef Brisket was so damn moist and flavorful. I could've bathed in the marinade and/or seasoning they made for it. And the Fired Chicken Tacos were on Hit. Not salty and with the lime and shredded Cabbage Slaw added to the freshnessness (yes that is a word). So you may ask why the four stars instead of five. If you read my reviews they are more for personal preference vice the establishment itself. Cons: The spot is tucked off on a corner and could miss it if you don't pay attention. Second I am NOT a Tajin fan at all. Most of the food menu requires it. So make sure you ask for no Tajin if you are like me. And Parking is hit or miss. Didn't see a parking lot or parking spaces beside the street. Pros: damn good Cocktail Menu. Food is damn azz good. Wouldn't even know they existed if it wasn't for Stormy Blue (S/O @_StormyBlue) on IG. I REFUSED TO EAT MEXICAN ANYTHING IN VA being a Cali Dude. I have food my Mexican Food Spot away from the Crib. I will be back on a pay day."
