"Was going to try Atlas for the first time, ordered online for delivery, got the confirmation with a delivery time between 6:18 to 6:33, at 6:45 called to check on it, their delivery driver was there and left but didn't get my food, at 7, Called to cancel the order. I will never give them a second try. Can't tell you how the food was and will never be able to, if you try them good luck, if the food is anything like their service, you might be in trouble."

Pizza was over an hour late. They kept saying 10 more minutes. Needless to say, it was bad soggy pizza. The restaurant would not issue a refund. We will not return.

My husband and I use to really enjoy ordering from here at least once a week. Now, portions are smaller, prices are higher and our order is not always correct. We have made a decision to not use Atlas any more. Too much of a hassle.

I really enjoy dining here. You can tell they put a lot of effort into preparing food for their customers! They also offer excellent customer service and have a friendly staff. I highly recommend this pizza place to everyone in the Suffolk area!

Was visiting in the area and ordered an extra large pepperoni and cheese with extra cheese. Was delivered on time and its the biggest darn pizza I've ever seen was having heartburn over the price until I saw it! OH MY GOSH extra large in my neck of the woods is 18inches this thing barely fit through my front door and it was DELICIOUS so thank you Atlas nice job!!!! ; View menu

I also ordered delivery, which took almost an hour to arrive, despite living just 4 minutes away from the pizza place. To make matters worse, the pizza was cold when it finally arrived. My experience could have been much better, but then I encountered the rat. The manager seemed to lack knowledge about effective customer service. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I have serious doubts about their adherence to health codes.

Pretty good pizza. The woman working the counter was so sweet. We ate in and she was very attentive and polite. We got a 16” pizza with extra cheese (shared between 2 people), and had half the pizza left over feeling very satisfied. In regards to the extra cheese, I will tell you, don’t get extra if you’re not ready for EXTRA. Good or bad, take that how you want. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was reasonably priced.
