"I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the staff's attitude leaves something to be desired. During the few times I've visited, either in person or over the phone, I sensed a certain dismissiveness from the men working there. I understand that running a business can be stressful, but a simple smile can make a big difference, especially with so many competitors nearby. For instance, if a customer orders a salad with cheese and you forget the cheese, it's important to acknowledge the mistake rather than blame the customer for requesting it. It would be great to see an effort to make things right, like offering a complimentary salad on their next visit. Will I return? Yes, but I'm unlikely to go out of my way to eat there again, and I definitely won't be ordering delivery."

Excellent service! Everyone is friendly and extremely competent! I went with 5 of my girlfriends, and everything we ordered was amazing! This restaurant has an awesome menu that offers both traditional and creative Italian dishes at a very reasonable price. I have been an Emilio 's girl for years now. However, my past few times there I was disappointed in the wait staff, and noticed that portions are getting smaller, and prices are getting higher. After experiencing Boccone, I will now be a regular!

We've been dining at Boccone nearly every week for the past four years, and the food has consistently been excellent. The pizzas are beautifully made, with generously sized slices. The soups, salads, and duck dishes are larger than we can finish, and they are all outstanding. While the service can be occasionally inconsistent, these instances are quite rare, and contrary to what some have suggested, the staff does genuinely care about the customer's experience. The atmosphere is enjoyable, if not stunning, and the restaurant is kept impeccably clean. It's definitely worth a visit, and the prices are very reasonable.

The waiting staff was attentive and pleasant, even if there were only two of them, we had to ask for each article, such as refilling on drinks. Even the dishes of hot bread came out immediately and we hadn't waited for the food to come out. The tomato sauce is delicious, simply sweet enough, without being excessively sweet. I wish I had ordered pasta with sauce. I ordered pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and broccoli rave, and while it tasted great, there was a lot of water liquid in the bottom of the dish.
