"Please read this! I’ve been coming to Bagels Plus for a while and while the kitchen staff is friendly, the cashiers seem inexperienced. Keep in mind that each condiment costs an extra $0.50, so toppings like lettuce and tomatoes add up quickly — $1.00 just for those two, not including the sandwich itself. If you charge for condiments, please make sure you actually add them to the sandwich, especially since many customers, like me, don’t live in Queens and only stop by occasionally. Always double-check your order to ensure everything is included. One time, I told the cashier with glasses that I was charged for condiments on a previous sandwich that I never received. I asked if they could give me a discount on my next sandwich instead of charging me for something minor like lettuce or tomato. The cashier responded that because it was from a different day, it wasn’t their problem and I should have called that day. But I paid in cash for that sandwich—how would calling help now, especially since I’m back in the city at work? They charged me for something I didn’t get, yet when I complained, I was basically told it’s not their issue and that I don’t have to come back. Rather than adjusting my new order or acknowledging the mistake, they stood their ground and told me I could just go somewhere else. Well, got it."

The food is fantastic! It's best to dine in rather than opting for delivery or takeout, as they tend to forget a few items when you don't order in person. Once they get to know you, the experience improves even more!

The restaurant should offer water cups to customers. I already spent $12 on a chicken salad and a bag of chips, which felt overpriced. This experience definitely influenced my decision to eat elsewhere in the future. View menu

Been here several times, it has the best breakfast options and the friendlier staff of the neighborhood.Amazing bagels, with plenty of choices and different types of bread.The muffins, in case you prefer a sweet breakfast, are good as well. And the OJ tastes like it has just been pressed.The staff is very helpful too, in case you dunno what to order.

I used to be a regular at Bagels Plus, but I won’t be coming back due to the rude staff. When I called to place a pickup order and asked to make a small change, the person taking my order responded with an annoyed "**** ma'am." Seriously? After being a loyal customer for months, this is how I’m treated? The customer service was terrible. I will not be returning.

I come here almost every day and get the worst customer service from the two cashiers. The latest two heavy hispanic girls. All the other staff are great. These two need to find another job. They look miserable. Finally, I addressed the manager..let's see if anything changes. If not, I will take my business elsewhere. Clearly, the girls can care less. The house I work for consistently orders food from here at all times of the day and speaking from my experience the food is not bad but the customer service when you are ordering for delivery is horrible. I understand its busy in the morning and it can get overwhelming, but I don’t appreciate the phone being hung up on me when told to hold just a minute before. This happened to me 3 times. It took more then 18 calls to reach someone.

This place has become over priced and overrated. I used to get breakfast from here all the time. After the accident and they came back to business there prices went up and the service didn’t follow. Made a purchase and they charged me for things and I didn’t get those things and when I went back to tell them they didn’t even honor it because I didn’t have the time to come back right away. This happened and the persons know me because myself and coworkers support the business every day. Very bad service and unreasonable workers.
