"The bagels here are just mediocre; they could benefit from more yeast and longer rise time. It doesn't seem like they're boiled before baking. The service is quite poor as well. The main issue is a lack of efficiency. They really need 1 or 2 people who can handle more than one order at a time – perhaps the fastest cook available – and someone dedicated to taking and distributing orders. It feels like the cook can only manage one order at a time. The cashier takes two orders and then goes back to cook one, leaving a line of six people waiting for 10 to 15 minutes just to place their orders. You would think they would address these negative reviews to improve their business and attract and retain customers, but it seems they haven’t made any changes."

The staff here is really friendly! They offer a delightful "Holiday Cream Cheese" that I highly recommend. It has a subtle peppermint flavor that pairs wonderfully with a bagel. Additionally, they serve pretzels in both regular and candy cane shapes.

This is the most expensive bagel shop I've ever been to. A bacon, egg, and cheese bagel costs more than $8, and the Hungry Man breakfast is over $13! Neither of these options includes juice or coffee! I'll be sure to share my experience, as the service isn't impressive, and the food is just mediocre. What justifies these high prices?

I ordered DoorDash from this restaurant this morning, and my order took longer than the estimated delivery time. Everything arrived ice cold. I usually dine in at the restaurant, but today I decided to try DoorDash. Clearly, I should have known better. Even when I visit in person, there are often problems—whether it's a nasty attitude from the owner or one of the employees, or issues with my order. I choose this place for its convenience since it's local, but from now on, I think I’ll make the trip to Desires Bagels, where everything is always hot and fresh, and the staff is much friendlier!
