"This was the worst bagel I have ever had! The bagel was dry and did not taste fresh. At 6:30 am, there was loud music playing behind the counter. The customer service was terrible. There was no friendly greeting or thank you, the cashier just stared at us while we ordered. He was a really strange guy. He claimed they had no cinnamon raisin bagels even though there were some in the display case. He also accused me of having an attitude while ringing me up. My coworker and I will not be coming back. Absolutely not!!!"

Amazing bagel, lovely service. Really friendly and helpful especially for someone from out of town who had no idea what to order. Definitely worth a visit if a delicious and well priced bagel is what you are after.

Bagels! Some of the best bagels I’ve ever had! Probably THE best now that I think about it. Either way, you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff you place your order, you eat your bagel and you’re happy. Pretty much that simple

I am disappointed every time I go to this place. The bacon is usually undercooked so I went for turkey bacon today, pretty inedible. Also the cheese is only on one side of the sandwhich and looks gross. Definitely not worth the price. View menu

This place is an absolute staple. Amazing and fresh bagels with a large selection of choices. I haven't had anything from here that wasn't delicious and satisfying. They are also open 24/7 in true NYC fashion which is worth 5 stars alone.

What happen to this place..The bagels aren't good and for the price they are cheap with the cream cheese, lettuce or anything you pay extra for. Brooklyn bagel or Zuckerberg is so much better... not coming here again...born and raised and it's a disappointment.

The bagels are delicious, the staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of options to choose from. However, I would recommend avoiding the white fish salad as it was terrible. Overall, you will have a great experience if you steer clear of that particular dish. View menu

I have 0 idea why everyone on here is complaining, after reading the reviews I was 50:50 but I’m glad I stopped by and tried it out . I got lox spread on garlic bagel and it’s yummy ,toasted, and the service was quick , I wanted to find a spot near my barbershop for a fast breakfast I’m glad I tried it out ! Thanks guys

The prices are too high and the bagels are just average at best. The person at the register always seems angry whenever I visit. Each interaction with them is consistently negative and confrontational. I only began coming here after my favorite bagel shop closed, but I am no longer willing to put up with this. They should clearly display a sign stating that payment is required before ordering. Rather than yelling at customers all day for assuming they can pay upon receiving their food.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
