"We had such a good dinner from Baja Fresh recently I had to come and leave a review. My friend and I had just explored the Indian cave in Thousand Oaks near the botanical garden of Conejo Valley and we had not made dinner plans. Everything seemed fried or almost closed and Baja Fresh seemed like the only option. We never tried, and we were a bit tangible about it, but it turned out that it was delicious! We had the Chicken Nachos and a Burrito de Asada and we tried 2 of the many available Salsas. Everything tasted fresh and the service was also great! So glad we decided to try Baja Fresh, it will be a place we often do!"

I like Baja Fresh, truly fresh! I sat in this time before closing and was unhappy with guy sweeping floors kicking up the dust around us. View menu

We had an awesome takeout meal. We had a huge order and it was prepared perfectly! This place does not skimp on portions or sauces! Our family reunion was well fed and then some. Thank you!!

Baja Fresh has now joined other fastfood restaurants in offering vegan options to their menu! I got their Impossible tacos and they were great! I normally would only order beans and rice, now I can have a full meal. ?

I am beyond a fan of this Baja! From the moment I walk in I am greeted by the friendliest staff. Junior the manager his staff have made this such an amazing experience. I go Monday through Friday (almost) and get two tacos Baja no salsa and every time it is PERFECT! Love it here! Thank you Baja Calabasas. View menu

It's a shame TripAdvisor doesn't let me give 5 stars multiple times! This place is fantastic! Don't expect a quiet atmosphere typical of old-fashioned cooking—this spot is lively, and that’s precisely what makes it special. The food is excellent, and on some days, you might find yourself waiting in line around the corner. Their pastrami sandwiches are simply wonderful!

This is a great Baja Fresh location. I came here on a Tuesday evening for dinner and it was not busy at all. The food did take a little bit of time to prepare but it was well made and very fresh. I tried the Enchilada style bean and cheese burrito which was very good with a lot of cheese, but the enchilada sauce seemed to have an odd aftertaste. I love the options of sauce that you can pick, and can't wait for the salsa bar to come back once things go back to normal. They were out of the mango salsa, which is always super good!

"They do provide delivery through Restaurants on the Run, but for a hefty fee. Anarbagh offers free local delivery within a five-mile radius, or you can place a takeout order to enjoy a 15% discount. Be prepared for a small wait during dinner hours, as this place has become quite popular. The restaurant has recently been remodeled with new booths, stunning watercolor sky murals on the ceiling, and updated lighting. Street parking on Ventura Blvd. can be tricky, but there is free parking available at the back. The chicken tikka masala here is the best I’ve tasted, having tried it at numerous Indian restaurants across the country. The sauce is rich and creamy, with a wonderful blend of spices and tender, perfectly cooked chicken. One standout dish that I particularly love is the Lamb Mango Masala—tender chunks of lamb in a sauce that tastes like a blend of sweet BBQ and mango chutney. It’s delicious and a great option for those who claim they don’t like lamb. Their dinner for two is an incredible deal at under $40 and includes everything from appetizers and chicken tandoori to a meat curry, a vegetable dish, rice, naan bread, papads, chutney, dessert (gulab jamun, ice cream or baklava), and your choice of soft drinks or tea/coffee. There's also the occasional $10 off coupon in the local mail, which makes it even more appealing. My only wish is that they had a lunch buffet like many other Indian restaurants in the area, but their exceptional dinner offerings more than compensate for that."
