"I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this restaurant. I won't criticize other places again because this one has truly taken the cake. I understand why they require payment in advance because the food was absolutely terrible. I'd honestly rather eat from a toilet than have to deal with that again. I've never left a review before, but I feel compelled to warn future customers. The food was awful, and the overall experience was just as bad. Trust me on this one—you'll be grateful. I recommend heading to Taco Bell or any fast food chain instead; they're far better than this place."

great concept, but the experience could be so much better. instead of telling a story, the video is just a series of images that are not connected and do not tell any story. eating was enough, but this experience is worth having the cost. kabu has to set up her game.

We had an incredible experience at the restaurant. Our waiter was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. Every dish we tried was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the litchi martini and margaritas. The soft shell crab, salmon, and fried rice were our favorites, and the sushi with tempura shrimp was also a big hit.

My experience at Baku was just alright. First, they changed our reservation, which we had made a week in advance. On the day of our reservation, they called to move it from 8 PM to 6 PM, causing us to miss the first fifteen minutes. Additionally, the projectors had a low resolution, making everything look grainy and outdated. I would recommend considering Atmos Immersive Dining as a better option. View menu

My partner and I had the worst dining experience we've ever had. There was absolutely no service, no explanation of the dishes, and the food had no flavor. All the guests around us, not just us, were confused and disappointed by the lack of any real “experience.” Instead, there were just cheap projectors displaying low-quality images on the tables. The drinks were overwhelming and almost undrinkable, just pure sugar. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time or money at this place.

The food was decent but no beer or wine was available. We were told that they had issues with their liquor license and were unable to serve any type of alcohol. However, we asked about the “Experience“ and if they served alcohol in that part of the restaurant and we were told that they do serve alcohol “on the down low”. It was not a good experience for those of us that were not attending the “Experience”. We also witnessed a couple leaving because they were not able to get wine with their dinner. Not a good experience.
