"This was the first time I have eaten at Sake and I am conflicted. I placed my order online for a pickup. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told they didn’t have an order in my name. I explained that I ordered and paid online, showed my confirmation and then miraculously, my order was found, but had not been put in so I had to wait an additional time for them to now prepare my meal. After a short wait, I received my food and went out to the car to check my order and I am glad I did. I paid an additional charge for a quail egg on two of my pieces of sushi, but I had no quail eggs. Also, one of the rolls I ordered comes with several topping on top of the roll, but mine had none. I went back inside to have my order fixed, which they took care of immediately. I don’t know if this is something that happens often, but I was not impressed. I will say, once I got my food, it was delicious and the staff were friendly and apologetic."
