"This is by far the rudest group of people on night shift I have ever met. Manger included. I went to pick up an online order and was told very rudly might I add that they don't make THAT sundae the customer need. So my customer changed to a different sundae. Then again was told they don't make sundaes at all anymore. DONT MAKE THAT AN ONLINE OPTION!!! ITS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT IT CAN BE ORDERED ONLINE!!!"

This was my first experience with Baskin-Robbins since there aren't any locations in Savannah. The guy with glasses was really friendly and helpful! I tried the Jamocha Almond Fudge and the Pistachio flavors, and they were both delicious! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Macon.

We went to get ice cream last night at 8:40. I ordered two scoops: chocolate chip cookie dough and vanilla. The waffle cone was huge, but it claimed to be fresh—however, it was soggy and smelled off. It was disappointing. We had a few bites and ended up throwing everything away. We will never go back there again.
