Ice cream is my favorite, and I love taking my grandbabies for a treat like my grandma did with me! This location is excellent, everything is fresh, and the staff is friendly and fast! Every time my grandson scores a goal playing soccer, we go for ice cream

Thank you to the staff who worked today! We placed an order for 8 root beer floats and, upon discovering they were out of root beer, one of the team members quickly ran to the store to get more while the others began making the first few floats. The staff was incredibly helpful during my visit. I hadn't been to Baskin-Robbins in years, but today I decided it was time to go. As someone with mobility challenges, I appreciated the kindness of the young woman at the counter. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions with confidence. After I paid, she even offered to bring my order to my car to ensure I wouldn't risk falling while trying to manage it on my own.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Baskin Robbins! We got 2 kid-sized scoops and 2 single scoops for adults for just $20. Plus, how can anyone say no to a sprinkle cone? The staff was incredibly friendly, and I would definitely wear the shirts they had on if they sold them. The place was very clean, and there weren't many customers coming and going. It was an excellent ice cream outing. It was a treat for the kids, but my husband and I enjoyed it just as much. Great job, Baskin Robbins!

I love Baskin Robbins. It's been my go to for sweet ice cream since I was a kid. I'm giving the products 5 stars. Not going to take away stars but on 6/4/23 around 6:30pm only two teenage girls were working, no one in the store and they were talking a solid 5 mins before one even acknowledged our presence. The other looked annoyed about them being interrupted. Anyway just do better on customer service, the younger generation needs to learn that. My husband and I recently visited the Gresham location and purchased two single scoop cones for a total of over $17 (the store was not busy at the time). Since my husband doesn’t speak English well, he handed the young girl a $20 bill. After we left, he remarked how expensive those cones were, considering we spent more than $17. When we returned to our hotel, I called the store to report what happened, explaining that we were significantly overcharged and that it was too far for us to return. It seems the staff ended up with an unexpected tip. The girl didn’t even apologize for the mistake.

Terrible management. The lower level employees I've interacted with were all pleasant. We ordered a graduation cake two days in advance. The cake we ordered was from the Baskin Robbins graduation cake selection. When we went to pick up the cake they had forgotten(? to put any of the graduation decorations on it. It was also incorrectly frosted and assembled. I have had several ice cream cakes made before two of which were from a Baskin Robbins and it has never been constructed like this or had the issues this one did. When asked about the fact it was supposed to be a graduation cake the employee working said that she didn't know about how to get the graduation decorations because that's her...

I went in about a month ago.....about 5 minutes before they closed. (I know, that would irritate me also only I had had the WORST DAY no one else makes banana splits). I apologized for coming in so late and asked if they could still make me a banana split.......she could have said no! However, she agreed and started to make it. She asked me if i wanted nuts I said no. She asked if I wanted compote I said yes. She smothered it in whip cream when she rang me up with my card, the most it would allow was a $2 tip so I gave her $3 cash also. That's a $5 tip for a $7 item.
