"I have been coming to Seaside in the summer my entire life. My family orders from other Mexican inspired restaurants in the area and for years I have been disappointed with their food. Monte 's is a blessing. The moment I stepped foot inside to pick up my food I could tell this place was authentic. The food followed through. My tinga tostadas were one of my favorite meals I have eaten in months. They were absolutely up to the highest quality bar I have for comparison. The quesadillas were also outstanding. The veggie was delicious, though my uncle complained that the shrimp one did not have enough shrimp in it. The tacos all had good tortillas. The carnitas tasted good, it had a full flavor to it. The chicken in the tacos was dry, but the provided sauces were good. You can tell the chips are made in-house. They were very good. The guac was smoother than I expected. My family wanted empanadas. They were fine, but I didn 't expect anything special on that front from a Mexican place. On the whole this was not the best Mexican food I have ever eaten, but it so far surpasses its competition and does certain things such as the tostadas, quesadillas, and chips well enough that I am giving it 5 stars. I am ashamed it took me this long to discover Monte 's in Seaside."

"Delicious dinner for a party of 8 ! Accommodations were great and the waiters were very attentive and kind. The bread served at the table was delicious, served with an olive oil mixture parmigiana cheese. All dinners come with a salad which was great fresh. I ordered the gnocchi with chicken and vodka sauce, other orders was eggplant parm, salmon, spicy pasta, and a seafood pasta dish. All meals were great and large portions. We were here for a birthday celebration and they do a nice little show. Lights turned off within the dining room, and the whole room sings ! It was cute, overall delicious place for Italian food, great staff and very clean! Make your reservation prior !!"

"I absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was amazing, with plenty of gluten-free options available, along with a variety of daily specials for both appetizers and entrees. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and our server was especially attentive. While parking can be limited (it’s Lavallette, a small beach town—what do you expect?), it's worth it for such a fantastic dining experience. Just a heads-up: the kitchen staff may not be able to remove every single grain of sand that occasionally comes from the beach, so let's keep that in mind! If you're in search of a fresh and delicious meal, this is the place to go. We will definitely return and leave another great review! "I recently moved from the west side of Toms River to the east side. Decided to see a pizzeria on this page, so I saw her. I ordered them. Let me tell you the food was amazing, especially the wings to get a must. Then I called and asked her to make fried dough balls that are not on the menu and they did. They were very friendly and friendly to my needs and let me tell you that they have to put the fried dough balls on the menu ASAP excellent. The shrimp parmigiana with vodka sauce hero. Stop or Eder from them. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Ty Boys I'm not going anywhere else"
