"Just hear me out. Their food is good just wish there were some more options or descriptions for what they offer: their wings were GOOD but the "sauce" (we chose bbq) came on the side. Not as expected. Easy to pull off the bone which is a requirement for the 6 year old. their pizza: I get pricing per 1/2 pie Im not a fan of their sauce and it was caked on. The sauce:cheese:crust ratio was very off balance needs a little less sauce (or the choice for amount of sauce very sweet tomatoe sauce) and needs more cheese! Topping to pie ratio was appropriate."

pizza cheesesteaks were. I would have given 5 stars if the fries were as explained on their menu. crunchy on the outside seasoned to perfection! Not only were they not fed but also soggy! no taste, except fat, no salt no crunch.

Very disappointed in ordering today. Ordered 2 cheese steak Stromboli’s at $6.00 each was charged $8.00 each to total $16.96. Both on line price menu price showed $6.00, they would not acknowledge the advertised price of $6.00. Poor customer service! ?

We had a fantastic experience and enjoyed delicious food! We opted for delivery, and the driver was really friendly and arrived quickly. The quality of the food was excellent, and the prices were even better. I highly recommend trying their Grandma’s Pizza and Cheesesteaks! I have to start by saying WOW! This place likely serves the best pizza I've ever tasted! I tried their plain cheese pizza for the first time tonight, and I can't even begin to describe how delicious it was. Absolutely AMAZING! I've also had their stuffed spaghetti and taco pizza recently, and both were fantastic as well. Definitely a FIVE STARS!

although belle napolis pizza is not the largest of their strombolis and calzone is fabulous. I think it's her diligent. the teig they make (which I am sure they use for pizza as well as Strombolis/Cal Zones) seems to work better for strombolis than pizza. Despite this problem, I am still impressed by belle napoli. their prices are low relatiw and the quality of food they make is high.

at first order of bella we used doordash for pickup. the food was finished within 30 minutes. the pfefferoni roll pizza were great, but the wings were somewhat overboiled, and they come with their sauces on the side vs already on the wings. the kaprese panini was not good at all. the mozzarella cheese looked old (very dry and yellowish in the color), and there was an unusable amount of oregano on the sandwich. Everything used to be delicious I know the prices have spiked with inflation, but that doesn't explain the way the quality has nosedived. I order every now and then, to see if they've switched back to the old recipe but the plain cheese pizza still tastes like melted plastic. The fries and the sandwiches are still great, though, and have remained reasonably priced, the delivery is quick, and the employees are kind and professional.

I used to love this place when I lived in Virginia and ate here often. Unfortunately, my last experience was terrible, and we couldn't get a refund. It's really disappointing to say, but this restaurant is struggling. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because the food quality has declined significantly, and they seem unwilling to address customer complaints. Given all that, I would suggest looking for alternatives, like Rocco's, instead.
