The staff is amazing—they're friendly and attentive, unlike some other places. In the rare event that there’s a mistake with your order, they fix it immediately and make sure you're satisfied. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your happiness. The owner works hard alongside the team, and you can really feel the love and care put into the food. That's just how exceptional Big Al's is; the owner genuinely cares about his customers! This is the only pizza place I’ll ever go to—I refuse to try anywhere else. THE GOATS!! Back-story: me and girlfriend were doing a homemade pizza night and went to a grocery store in a different town, on the way home ww realised we forgot the dang pizza dough. so we stopped at the local grocery store but they had none or frozen and every other pizza place was closed, but when we called big al's they had just what we were looking for and even gave us the pizza dough no charge! totally saved pizza night!
