Big Daddy's Catfish And Chicken

Wife and I love this place. Nice menu. Very clean and super service. You have to get the Baja shrimps. Don't eat too much of the hush puppies.

This place serves the best fried catfish, chicken strips, charbroiled chicken, and banana pudding in Texas! The rest of the menu is fantastic as well!

My wife and I had the 4 pieces of fish with pinto beans and Okra and it was fresh and delicious. Love her Hush Puppie sticks and the service was excellent. View menu

Meh. Fried shrimp was over cooked. Chicken salad was heavy on lettuce, light on chicken. Service was slow but friendly. It was better the first time we went.

I wanted to eat with my cousin yesterday. We went inside and stopped waiting for Seated Sign and waited for 15 minutes. The waitress didn't even recognize us. There weren't so many people so she never approached us. After we waited 15 mnts, we decided to go. Time wasted, but maybe better that we left.

We had an incredible experience! My husband and I went to pick up food for some wonderful people, and it did not disappoint! Here’s what we ordered: Fried Catfish, Charbroiled Chicken, Chicken Strips, Beans, Green Beans, Mac and Cheese, Coleslaw, Homemade Banana Pudding, Apple Cobbler, Sweet and Unsweetened Tea, and Lemonade. They exceeded all our expectations by providing paper goods for 30 people and even offered ice! They carried everything out to my car for me too! Amazing! Thank you, Big Daddy’s!

We had an amazing experience at Big Daddy's! My husband and I went to pick up some food for some wonderful friends, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. So Sunday i usually go out for a steak but today decided to have oysters. Read the reviews here with mixed emotions and decided to take the risk. The risk did not pay off. Very friendly hostess and server, but I was there to eat, not make friends. I ordered the oysters and asked about the Mac and cheese, was told to avoid it. Went with green beans and fried okra. The fried okra was fried waaaay to ling, to the point you couldn't use a fork to eat them. Green beans were great!! The oysters, OMG the worst, absolutely worst seafood I've ever encountered.
