"From the moment I placed my order, it was clear she was having a bad day and had a noticeable attitude. I asked if they still had regular scoops of ice cream, as I hadn’t seen them displayed like before. She confirmed they did, so I ordered a regular therapy blend number seven with almond milk. When my order came up, I noticed it looked completely different from what I usually get. I politely pointed out that I didn’t think this was what I had ordered, explaining that it was supposed to be a number seven. In a very rude tone, she responded, "That’s why I asked you." I reminded her that when she asked, I had indeed confirmed my order as a therapy blend number seven. She rolled her eyes at me. I kindly requested that they fix my order, as I had already paid and wanted the drink I originally ordered. After her continued dismissiveness, another worker stepped in to resolve the issue. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand that we can all have bad days. However, this wasn’t a situation that couldn’t be fixed, even if there was some confusion. There’s simply no reason to be loud or disrespectful to a paying customer. I'm just very disappointed with the treatment I received today."

I was really disappointed with my experience. The lady who served us was very rude to both me and my daughter. We simply asked about the ingredients in the pitalla bowl, but she snapped back that she didn’t know and told us to just look at the picture. I left feeling unwelcomed and frustrated.

Came to buy meat next door before picking up my kids from school who are out at 3:00. I was craving some sweet so thought why not should be long. Placed my order at 2:30 it's 3:02 and I just now got my order. 32 min wait for a small Bionico? BS they have horrible customer service also. I don't recommend this place. First and last time. I ordered a napolitana, but when I got home, I realized they left out some ingredients. I called right away, and they told me to come back the next day for a replacement. When I returned, they refused to give me my napolitana because the staff member I spoke to hadn't left a note about it. It was pretty frustrating. I definitely won't be returning. The customer service was terrible.

Super expensive. TAMALES $3.50! ARIZONA ICE TEA CANS marked for 99cents and they sell it for $2.00!. MONSTER energy drinks $3.00! cheaper @7/11for $2.25 Flans are in a small cup for $3.00!.None of the Items in their giant menu has prices. Asked for juice sizes and was told by a store clerk they only do large sizes then why they have cups that in the display says Medium! Asked a 2nd clerk and she said we do medium for $8.00! F ing unbelievable. This is in city of Downey not Beverly Hills. Ridiculous!
