"I had a disappointing Thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant. The waitress didn't inform me that the meal included glittery garlic bread instead of regular bread with fresh butter. My salad was served with the discarded core of the lettuce, which was inedible. The sweet potatoes had a strange, overpowering taste that reminded me of gasoline. While the turkey and dressing were passable, nothing stood out as special. The pecan pie looked as if it had fallen on the floor, as it was all broken apart, so I ended up throwing it away. For $23, I was hoping for a decent meal, but all I got was heartburn."

Cream Chip Beef over hashbrowns: good! Side of Scrapple: tasty! Coffee that was sorta pushed on me: delicious enough I got a second cup. At 7:30 in the morning I had not issues with service or the friendliness of the waitstaff.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted at the front door, the service was extremely friendly. Additionally, this place is a local institution that doesn't skimp on quality, unlike many other similar establishments in the area. While their prices are higher, given the quality and quantity of food you receive, the price increase feels justified, unlike some other local spots. Kudos to the management and owners for supporting their community without compromising on service. I can see myself making this a regular stop!
