"There are so many great things to say about this restaurant, starting with the staff. The team there is fantastic and really takes care of you. From Krystal to Meg, they make you feel right at home. The beer selection is great, with giant mugs to enjoy. The food is very good and they are always trying new and creative things to keep it fresh. I just wish they were open later for those of us commuting from Boston, but we'll take what we can get!"

The owner does not attempt to keep his published hours. If it is a slow night, he'll just close up with zero notice. The quality is fair, but the prices are high. Zero value here.

The food is amazing, but to be honest we where walking to are car and I am pretty sure you had some cooks out side smoking weed. Don't know about you when I go out to dinner I would like sober people cooking my food.

Vacationing in the area and had dinner at Bistro Nouveau. Dining on the deck was very pleasant and our server was very friendly and attentive. Shrimp tacos were outstanding, as was the Vermonter sandwich. Overall the bistro has a great varied menu, wine list and beer options. Something for everyone!

We Went to bistro yesterday for lunch with a friend we sat for 15 minutes and no one came to our table we walked out and no one even noticed. There were only two tables with guests. Planned to go today for dinner only to find out closing early... it's seriously time to rethink about a new restaurant for the community.

Had an event catered. Got appetizers and finger desserts. For the price I was very disappointed. The coconut shrimp was soggy, the chicken was dry as well as the pulled pork. The desserts left much to be desired. The food at the restaurant is excellent so I was very disappointed in what we got. The new restaurant is very good but very noisy. View menu

We have eaten here a few times since moving to Eastman and I can honestly say, I'm not sure when we'll be back. We went before the renovations and honestly, I liked it better before. Their food options aren't really exciting and seem more confused than anything. A restaurant with a French name, I would think, would have more French offerings. It is like a pub without the pub feeling.

I also went to their wine dinner on Wednesday, Jan 24th, 2018. The salmon was lukewarm, the short ribs were dry and tough, and the dessert churros were raw inside. While the presentation was beautiful, it's important to taste the food before serving it. The Wente wine was excellent. If the restaurant plans to cater to large groups, they should invest in equipment to keep the food warm.
