"Same wonderful atmosphere and food but boy have the prices skyrocketed! $18 for the wild mushroom pasta which was served in a smaller size bowl than it was previously. I realize everything is outrageously expensive but raising prices and giving smaller portions is not the way to keep the customers coming back. I’ve been coming here since it opened up and now with new owners taking over, I’ll be waiting to see what happens with this restaurant. Won’t be here quite as much either, sad. Parking: Always plenty of front parking spaces Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bavarian Pretzel, Loaded Tots, Reuben Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot, Free street parking"

The Brooklyn restaurant was a fantastic choice for us. The ambiance was wonderful and we definitely plan on returning again.

Closed, but website indicated they were open? Disappointed because we drove 30 minutes. However, we discovered another area restaurant with comparable food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Excellent service and ambiance (although slightly warmer, dimmer lighting might be nice at night), and we enjoyed our food: loaded jumbo tots, Brussels pizza, and wild mushroom fettuccine (without chicken for us).

It’s my 3rd time here , and it has yet to disappoint. Ordered our “go to “ jumbo tots and street tacos. Delicious as always. But this time we tried the bacon and Brie burger and OMG ! It’s the best burger I’ve had. Highly recommend it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well the brisket was pure fat .. they left egg off the salad and only added one tomato. The aloha pizza was only cut on one side .. The hamburger was very dry ! When I called to mention these issue I was told I have your number I will call you to see how to remedy the situation . No call ever came I will never eat or recommend this place !

My wife and I stopped in for refreshments while leaf peeping. Must say this is a very impressive little spot with a great menu and staff! My wife and I enjoyed a cocktail and their barbarian pretzel to replenish our resources while we were on our adventure. Cocktails were amazingly seasonal and delicious and the barbarian, pretzel incredibly huge! Must say we really enjoyed the cheese sauce. That was an additional charge, but worth it. If you're in the area, stop by. You won't be disappointed. View menu

The new menu leaves A LOT to be desired. Pretzel was $9 and now it's $12- without a cheese dip. No entrees-1,000 burgers-it's just a burger....how many choices do you need? Smoked wings are very strong, skin on the wings hard to bite through (brine them? . Hope they work out the kinks and the food is delicious as it was previously but it will be awhile before we venture back in. Service was wonderful and staff was friendly! Enjoyed the experience there thanks to the staff but didn't love the food. Guess it's learning pains during the transition to new ownership and menu

While they do not take reservations and seating can be a bit tight during peak times, the recent change in ownership has led to improvements. They have opened up a second floor to accommodate larger groups and are expanding their menu. The building itself is charming with exposed brickwork, adding to its character and down-home vibe. The service is exceptional, with servers who are attentive and can even remember drink orders after extended periods between visits. Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit in the Mohican area for its tasty food and welcoming atmosphere. It may be a bit of a drive, but it is definitely worth it for a memorable dining experience.

"My wife and I decided to take my mother to The Copper Mug for her birthday on March 13. Upon entering, there was no host or hostess greeting and seating guests. One did arrive after a minute or two, however, and sat us. Two of us ordered soup, and mine was brought out 10 minutes before my mom's and was lukewarm. When hers was served, it was cold. The soups were served with a spoon, but we were not provided with napkins or utensils until we asked. The salads were large portions, contained fresh ingredients and were flavorful, but not all of our entrees were served at the same time. We ordered desserts, but our table was not cleared beforehand and we had to place our used dishes on a nearby table ourselves. My biegnets were warm, delicious and beautifully garnished with chocolate sauce and fresh whipped cream. My guest's Toll House pie was served cold (they expected warmed) and as such, was hard and crumbly. I am sure our server meant well, but we were not well attended to, drinks were not topped up as they became empty and there was odd spacing between when each of us were served. Improvements might include being more attentive to guests, using a tray to bring out soups and entrees so that they are served at the same time and clearing the table between courses. All in all, a cute and unique restaurant in a picturesque setting, but the service, temperature and overall experience left a lot to be desired."
