"Now, about the food: it was fantastic! The onion rings were hands down the best I've ever had. My family agreed. Typically, onion rings have burnt breading that cracks and lets the onion fall out, but these were perfectly cooked—soft and delicious, without falling apart. The burgers were excellent, and the chicken sandwich was equally impressive. The atmosphere was great too, with TVs everywhere showing college football. Overall, it was a wonderful place that we would definitely revisit when we're in the area. However, I deducted one star for the unconventional ordering experience and the lack of table service during our lunch. It felt a bit awkward to give a 20% tip before receiving our food."

We ordered and paid upon entering, which was quick and convenient. There was ample seating available, with two sections: a 21+ area with a bar and a family seating area. The food came out quickly, and the menu offered plenty of options for customization, which was perfect for us as vegetarians. The kids enjoyed the kids' menu, which had generous portions. The prices were reasonable too. Overall, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. We will definitely return.

When they first opened, the restaurant was fantastic. The hand-formed thick and juicy burgers were full of flavor. However, once they became established, the quality declined—the burgers started to shrink, and now the patties resemble standard thin, premade frozen ones that lack flavor and rely on excessive sauce to make up for it. It used to be a family favorite, but not anymore. It's unfortunate to see how much it has changed, and sadly, this seems to be a common trend among restaurants.
