"Look, everyone knows the customer service and food quality expected from Chick-fil-A at this point. It’s brand is to be the best fast food chain out there. It’s why I and so many more people love Chick-fil-A. This location is just sub par. I visit the Leeds location twice a month and no matter what time of day I go, the drive thru line seems to drag on. I spent 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru just last week. Today, there was 1 car in front of me. My food still took 15 minutes. I post this review, not as a warning for other customers to see, but for Chick-fil-A to see and do better."

"Awesome New York Style Brick Oven Pizza. For several years now, people, who know good pizza, have been saying to me, Believe it or not, the best NY style pizza around can be found at Carpenetti 's in Moody, AL! Really? Undoubtedly, yes, you can find it there. My wife and I finally made the trip out and was really impressed... Don 't go for the atmosphere, go for the pizza, prices, and friendly staff. Seriously, their brick oven pizza is almost identical to John 's Pizzeria in West Village, NYC, on Bleeker St. Perfect crust, super-flavored sauce, and fresh toppings, for 1/2 the price. Huge pizzas and slices. We were so impressed by the pizza, we plan to return on a regular basis, even though the trip is 30-45 mins one way."

"The guacamole is freshly made with chunky pieces of avocado and tomato (not that strange green paste you get at Taco Bell). The rice was fluffy, and the cheese quesadilla was overflowing with cheese—I'm glad I didn’t order extra cheese sauce! The fresh peppers added excellent flavor; it was really, really good. I've tried the rice and beans as well, and honestly, why would you choose Taco Bell when you can have fresh, made-to-order Mexican food for less money? Plus, you're supporting a local business! While the exterior of the building may look a bit rough, the inside is nice and cool. For the price and the time spent, skip the 15-20 minute wait at the drive-thru, come to this restaurant, and enjoy a margarita while you wait for your meal (or just dine in comfort with the air conditioning). The kids' meals are generously portioned and reasonably priced, far better than anything Taco Bell offers. The entire menu is lightyears ahead of Taco Bell. Just think about how much you spent the last time you went there. The last bean burrito I got could have been beans—or maybe even cat food? It was awful. For less than you'd pay at Taco Bell, you can sit down, order a combo with a drink, leave a decent tip, and actually enjoy a meal that’s worth your money. Plus, you can munch on fresh chips and salsa while you wait. I've driven by this place countless times, and its health score is an A, with all three employees certified through ServSafe. So the next time you're tempted to go to Taco Bell, skip it and try this locally owned restaurant instead. Enjoy fresh food, friendly staff, and prices cheaper than typical fast food! It's casual enough for families, and if you're someone who usually avoids crowds, you could even pop in wearing sweats or decent pajamas to grab your takeout."

"I was dinning in with my brother and his wife we ordered our sweet tea it was fresh but hot had very little ice so we ask for 3 cups of ice. We then placed our order. As I was eating my salad with ranch dressing I took a bite and bit onto sum thing really hard as I was spitting it out I discovered it was the big plastic piece off of the squirt bottle . The plastic bottle top cut my jaw because it was caught between my partial and gum. We called the waitress to the table she replied with I'm so sorry are you OK I replied yes as I was trying to eat my food I could not because it was burning my mouth from the spice in my food. So I got a go box for my food. I had to remove my partial from my mouth because it was hurting. The waitress brought our ticket and she apologized again we paid our 83.00 ticket and left.I got home 20 minutes later to rinse my mouth . I called back down there to speak with management thinking our waitress had made her aware of what happened and she did not. This morning I woke up with an Ulcer in my mouth I busted it and rinsed my mouth warm salty was. I called back down there to explain what was going on again only to be told I don't know what you want me to do about it...I remind you management never said I'm sorry or anything. So if you eat here plz check your food."

"Wife and visited on 1/29/22 and our waitress, Gail, took our drink orders almost immediately. Service was very good, even though they appeared to be short staffed. I ordered the Trolly Car combo, with smoked ribs (3) and smoked, chopped chicken breast and sides were potato salad, BBQ baked beans and corn bread. I must say I was not impressed with the food presented at all. The ribs were very over cooked, as you can tell in the picture, and covered in so much sauce, the flavor of the pork was buried. While the chicken was very tender, it to was covered in sauce. Both items had a very strong bitter flavor to them...a flavor that comes from a mis-managed fire. There was no clean smoke flavor, but rather that flavor that comes from dirty smoke, from a fire not getting enough oxygen to burn clean. This was confirmed when we left by viewing the brown smoke rising up from the pit. The beans tasted right out of a can with some un-flavored meat tossed in and the corn bread was so cold it felt as though it had literally been taken straight from refrigerator and plated. While the potato salad wasn't terrible, it wasnt enough to raise this review rating. I have heard many good things about Bluegrass BBQ but unfortunately, I walked away leaving 90% of everything thing ordered on plate. Pricing for this meal was very reasonable, at 16.00, for as much food presented. I just wish it was tasty enough to eat."
