"Bonchon chicken is well-known for its delicious flavor, but this review focuses on their online Curbside service. I placed an order for the 6 piece lunch special at 12:30pm to be picked up at 1:10pm. Surprisingly, I received a text 15 minutes later saying my order was ready, even though Bonchon chicken typically takes longer to cook. When I arrived at 1:12pm and called the restaurant, I was told to wait another 5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes and calling again, the man on the phone seemed to have forgotten about my order. When my food finally arrived, it wasn't as fresh and crispy as expected. The fries were also warm and not crispy. Although I love Bonchon chicken, the curbside pickup took up a lot of my lunch hour, so I may not choose this option again. Keep this in mind if you're on a tight lunch schedule. On the bright side, I did receive 4 forks for my 6 pieces of chicken!"

After they left me a message on my review (pretending to act like they care) I reached out on their website and the manager emailed me saying it was just a miscommunication. This place is a joke

This restaurant is in a fantastic location and serves delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the bill was reasonable for the portion sizes. The dining experience reminded me of a cafe in Indianapolis that I enjoyed.

This is one of my favorite spots for high-quality chicken. It's a great place to unwind, people-watch, and enjoy delicious food, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back. It reminds me of a restaurant I enjoyed in New York.

Good fried chicken.Love the soy garlic sauce. The spicy ones are very spicy for me.Delivery is always on time. I miss all korean fried chicken spots in k town so much and this comes to the rescue while we are stuck at home due to the pandemic. View menu

Ordered takeout from this location and couldn't be happier with the seamless pickup. Was a little late but glad to see the food kept in a heater for my arrival. Food was delicious but the bottom of the box was a tad soggy due to storage. Perhaps a different storage technique would help mitigate this issue. We ordered the combo box and was definitely enough for 2!

I finally tried Bonchon chicken! My coworkers always order it, but I never do. One day, my husband and I wanted a quick lunch downtown, so we decided to give it a try. I ordered the soy garlic wings, and the sauce was delicious! The wings themselves lacked a bit in flavor, but had a great crunch. The seasoned fries needed more seasoning. I would definitely go back for the wings and maybe try the fried rice next time.

Craving for Korean wings and need a quick fix near jersey city. This is your place. It's small and not very clean like the bonchons you see in New York, it's usually a to go place but we opted to sit in to eat. The place seems okay with the tables and chairs. Not the cleanest or the prettiest decor on the inside The wings were mediocre. Just Korean wings nothing special nothing out of the norm. Except for the fact that the wings took really really long to come out. We also ordered fries, Cajun fries with spicy mayo and this was probably better than the wings it self. I highly recommend the fries View menu

I want to start off by saying that I love the BonChon chain I've eaten from several locations, but I usually eat from this location and the one in NYC on John St. due to their locations. Their Korean Fried Chicken got me hooked and I find myself craving for their soy garlic wings all the time. This location is pretty slow but I am willing to overlook the wait because the reward is so pleasurable. And I guess the pricing can be reasonable. But if I am paying these prices, waiting 30 minutes for my one order of wings and Bi Bim Bop Rice Bowl, I don't want to go home and then see that there's a long strand of hair in my food! Blech. I will just stick to the John St. location, I guess..

I recently tried the Korean fried chicken at this restaurant, along with other items on the menu. The food is freshly cooked but it takes between 30 to 45 minutes to be served. The bathroom was dirty and needed towels, and it would be helpful if they stocked hand wipes for customers as fingers tend to get sticky while eating. The chicken was decent, but I've had better at another restaurant in the city. It was a bit dry, but the garlic soy flavor stood out as the best in my opinion, while the spicy option was quite hot. The crunchy sweet chicken was coated in honey but was not as good, and a bit too salty for my taste. On the plus side, there was plenty of seating available at the restaurant...

"I love Vibez! Def good vibes too,and always nice to support a local minority owned business. And even though I have a blender and juicer, I visit frequently (it's literally a block away so I pass it all the time). A lot of great juice/smoothie options and a lot of choices for making your own. I'm not vegan/veg so I was never inclined to try the food out but wow when I had the lentil patty I was blown away, much better than a traditional beef patty, the crust is super flaky and the lentils are perfectly seasoned. I'd say definitely a go-to of mine, and can't wait to try other food items there. I hate to leave off with something negative, but there is an employee there that sometimes takes a really long time to complete an order, I'd call in a for pickup and often times would be waiting 15-20 minutes for my drink to be ready. And another time I ordered a drink with mint and it was extract instead of fresh mint, which I had no idea otherwise I wouldn't have ordered with it. When I took a sip it was super overwhelming and honestly bad tasting. I asked if she could make the drink again (well more so pleased because she wasn't with it at first), but I think she just poured out half and added more apple juice because I could still taste it. I didn't want to push the inside, but I think fresh mint should be an option since extract can over power other flavors and leave a bad after taste. With that being said, I will still frequent Vibez and it's a great option to have in the heights."
