the place is located near the movable stairs, nice place, with tables also outdoors, apart today, rainy day, ice cream taken, and coffee spotted and half mineral water, kindness, right prices.

I lived for few years near this place and I used to visit it very frequently. Now I only visit Italy few times a year, but I ALWAYS go for an ice cream there. You should not miss it, if you are close by. View menu

It's my responsibility because I went there knowing about the bad reviews, but I never thought it would be this bad... . I received tom yum without noodles. The serving staff didn't know what the problem was. While waiting for the drink I ordered, it didn't come out so I went to pay and found that it had been cancelled. I've visited other Wagamama's and the food was good, but the Serravalle branch was especially... haha. It's such a pity to see such a messed up branch in the main office.
