Bonnie Ruth's Bistro Francais

Loved the date night special in Thursadys and Friday's . I had the Chicken Polliard and my husband had the steak medallions. Both great ! I had leftovers and couldn't wait to eat them for lunch !

My salmon and asparagus were mediocre. My friend's tilapia was great, he said. Our waiter was very nice, but not very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I am willing to give it another try.

We love Bonnie Ruth's! The food is amazing and the desserts are phenomenal (esp the Carrot Cake! We love the ambiance. And the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is extremely clean. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! View menu

We absolutely adore Bonnie Ruth's! The food is excellent and the desserts are outstanding (especially the Carrot Cake!). We enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff is consistently welcoming. The restaurant is impeccably clean. We cannot praise this place enough!

Menu was confusing, why talk up being a Parisian bistro but then have items like onion rings, Asian chicken wings and chicken parm? Server was not confident, food was sub par and actually got sick that night. Atmosphere and wine were good but still won't go back.

They ordered a peanut butter chocolate cake online for pick up on a specific date, but when they went to collect it, the restaurant claimed there was no order under their name. They were offered an old cake instead, which was poorly made and tasted old. The reviewer tried to get a refund but was unsuccessful, and the manager did not call back as promised. I have been wanting to give this restaurant multiple chances, but today's experience was so horrible that I had to leave a review. Since this location opened, I have been disappointed with something every time I have dined here. However, it is hard to find good French food and mussels elsewhere. We arrived early for our reservation and went to the restroom. When we returned, our group was already there. We were seated at a booth opposite a kiosk where servers were constantly gathered. The server got 2 out of 6 orders wrong, and I had to get up twice to ask for help. We have been coming here since this location opened always to be a bit disappointed in something. But French food and good mussels are so hard to come by.
