"Their gluten free bagels are not good. I was very disappointed. The 2 Organic Eggs, Cheese and Bacon on a Bagel was not toasted and the bacon was basically a cold cut. It was cold and soggy and I couldnt eat it. The Hand rolled Bagel with flavored cream cheese I got the gluten free cinnamon bagel and it was dry and cold and inedible. The strawberry tofutti cream cheese was good but again, not worth it as that was the only part of the meal I ate."

2 stars because its edible. But really disappointing, tasted off in general. Eggs tasted bland, cheese didnt even taste like cheese. Not good quality food. View menu

The bagel was delicious! However, I found that there were limited options and the pricing seemed unfair to me - my vegan bagel was priced at $2 compared to a meat option. Overall, it may be a personal preference but I feel that the pricing could be more equitable.

They got myorder wrong : , not only do they give you some funky bacon with out specifying the type. This was not pork, turkey or beef, taste weird. Also I ask for no cheese and they added cheese. Everything bagel saved the show plus the Vanilla iced chai was pretty good.

The restaurant had four delicious tofu cream cheese flavors, all of which were rated 10/10. The bagels were also described as yummy and fluffy. The overall experience was very pleasant thanks to the convenient self-ordering kiosks that made ordering and receiving food quick and easy. View menu

Bagels were both very delicious, but the Berry Acai Bowl (12oz) was wet and bad. They said granola, but it was uncooked instant oatmeal instead. Come on... But its also my fault for ordering açaí off a bagel shop. Just dont order it and I suggest the store to get rid of it off the menu. Its not doing helping you.

Bobs Red Mill Steel Oats taste so good with the almond milk blueberries and chia seeds. I felt so cozy and full after having it along with the eggs over easy multigrain bread and chicken sausage. Please try it you wont be dissapointed. I also got the delicious French toast platter for my kids and it was a hit with my picky eaters. Thank you Bagel point for starting of my day with such delicious food. Will definitely be ordering again for you.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
