"I visited Brixx for the first time this evening while celebrating a friend's daughter's birthday. There's nothing children love more than pizza so we decided to have dinner here after seeing a movie nearby at Paragon. The restaurant is located within the Parkside plaza across from the theater. The service here is excellent. My rating is favorable in terms of the service here. The staff is welcoming and courteous. The children ordered from the kids menu which my 10 year old found unimpressive. Not many options just Mini pizzas and pasta. I decided to split a Sausage and Spicy Honey pie with my friend and my daughter enjoyed 1 slice from our pie. The spicy honey was very tasty and really enhanced the spicy flavor paired with the sausage. Very Sweet and savory. The quality of the pizza here is where they lost me. The pizza could stand a bit more coal fire to brown the crust. The pizzas are tiny and could stand more toppings. The most memorable part of the night was dessert. The S'mores Dessert Pizza was cooked to perfection. The kids really raved about this ! The combination of the melted chocolate, toasted marshmallows and crispy graham crackers topping the soft and crunchy coal fired dough was out of this world good! If they could cook the pizza pies the same exact way as the s'mores dessert pie, I would increase my 3 star rating to a 5.Come for the s'mores pizza !"

Ordered 4 different pizzas based on the high reviews of this place. This was the worst pizza we've ever had. Bland, tasteless, with a soggy/chewy crust. They were all undercooked. The cheese wasn't even melted all the way. Legit tastes like frozen pizza.

Places mess up. All of them. The real question is what do they do about it. This place handled it perfectly. They quickly made my daughter another pizza. And the manager went out of his way to apologize and act on his own to make it right. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service. And the good is great! View menu

the first time in brixx and we really enjoyed it! the broth sticks are great. they taste just like the pizza dough, the superduper is delicious. we have the bbq chicken pizza, hawaiian and margharita. my man did not like how the hawaiian prosciutto used instead of ham. the BBQ chicken was the favorite of our family. it wasn't busy during lunchtime, which was nice since we had our two young children with us. service was also great.

HAIR IN MY PIZZA Ordered a couple of pizzas for a girls night this summer and I was SO happy to have some dairy free pizza!! The pizza was amazing we had the 3 mushroom with arugula, chicken and onion, and I forget the other one but there was a hair in the arugula one for that…2 starsI live all the way in maine so my local pizza shops think vegan cheese is a “sin” so I was sad that my dairy free pizza experience was diminished by someone not wearing a hairnet!

The pizza was good, we ordered the Sweet Thai Chicken pizza it was very nice. The chicken Alfredo was a bit of disappointing. The noodles were very over cooked and the sauce was bland. The garlic rosemary wing were very good but the real star was the Honey Habanero Wings! They had a fantastic flavor with just enough heat to make you rethink your life choices. There were several of us and we ordered a variety so we could share. There is still more to try so we will do it again but the Honey Habanero wings will definitely be on every order we make. my friend and I had a great lunch in brixx. that was our first visit here and we were thrilled. our service was great and the food was served quickly. they have a great selection of menu options from vegan to meat lovers. I ordered the chicken florentine pizza with half a zeasarsalat. my friend ordered a whole meat pizza, but the prosciutto gave a unique taste that we enjoyed (I just had to try to enjoy a piece of his) with many rest for dinner. I think the prices are reasonable. portion size was good; they can order their own personal pizza or share with another person and they will be full and satisfied. the ambiente is beautiful and comforting. our server has done a great work to keep our...

I recently dined at Brixx Pizza at Parkside in Cary and had a mixed experience. From the outset, our visit was marred by a less-than-pleasant encounter with the hostess. It seemed we interrupted her phone time, as she greeted us with a noticeably bad attitude. Throughout our meal, she was really pushy in the way she asked for our plates while we were still eating, which made the experience uncomfortable. On the brighter side, the food was decent, meeting our expectations for a casual pizza place. However, what truly stood out was our waiter, who delivered exceptional customer service. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor almost made up for the initial negative impression. While the qualit...

"I love to support local caffes and hopefully find new ones to add my favorite list. we live in durham and have a full of excellent coffee shops with locally roasted beans. when we found ourselves shopping in Morrisville/Cary furniture yesterday, I searched google and found meeple’s close by with excellent reviews. I didn't know this was the board game coffee shop I heard from until I got in. I think that explains the high ratings and popularity, not necessarily the coffee. I admit, the board game spectacle is pretty cool. the reason I give this 2 stars is because 1 the coffee is waaaaay more expensive than any other coffee shop in the triangle; 2 the espresso roast is a bit burned tasting like dieucks, but not terrible; and 3 the service is incredibly slow. I ordered an ice-cold latte with milk. this drink cost me $7 before the drink. for a 16 ounce drink! at the day before I had $6 for the best tasting hafermilch mocha I had in a local coffee shop and it was a 24 oz drink (new world caffe in raleigh.) so the quality doesn’t add to the extravagant cost of espresso drinks at meeple’s when compared to the dozens of other local coffee shops we have visited the these are airport prices! the drink was decent, not the best lavendel latte I had (cloche coffee in durham deserved this title in front of location, the well coffee shop in boston deserves the highest honor), so I admit it for the greatest part, but it was not worth the price tag. the brat wasn't my favorite. it had a bit of a burning taste like dieucks is famous. because I had a lavender latte, it was more subtle, but I could still say that it was roasted in the aftertaste. my man tasted it and was not a fan of espressos, although his favorite drink is a lavender. he only took one and said that was enough. Maybe we're just coffee-snobs, because we're the type that pays $25/lb for 100% cona coffee beans and they're regularly sent to us. I expect the price to be the same as the quality. the service was also very slow. it took 10 minutes to go my icy latte. during this time the girl made only 1 latte and a cup of tea for a few dining rooms. other coffee shops would have scrubbed 10 cups in the same time. the place was busy playing with people games, but don't order coffee drinks. only 2 other customers came in the 10 minutes I waited, and they got their coffee pretty fast as they were cold roast coffees that did not need the espresso machine. so it was not as if they were so busy or with orders secured. there was literally only one in front of me to make one of these objects only a cup of tea that does not require much effort. they had 3 employees, but apparently only this one girl could drink an espresso while the others were busy. the concept is unique and interesting, but I will not return. the price marking did not justify the quality or the lack of this of the small one. I think what they really pay is the experience, not the product."
