"Sadly, tonight I ordered the exact same thing for my mom that she always orders and the experience was not at all pleasant. I arrived 10 minutes after I placed my order online. The meal I was given was not my order and I didn't realize it until I got home to my mom's. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the order has not been correct. The food had been sitting for quite a while as everything was soggy. It was obvious that I was given someone else's order that had been sitting for a while. Two individuals that were behind the counter were less than pleasant and looked quite unkept. The young lady was packing up an order and was in a conversation with someone and used a curse word to describe someone's actions. Every time I've been to pick up an order the experience has been pleasant, although orders have been incorrect, but tonight was less than pleasant. Very disappointed. This is the only place my mom wants fish and I usually order 1-2 times a week. I hope tonight's experience was just a bad night and not the new norm."

This place is a dive. Just kidding ?. The catfish is delicious. Love the little corn bits in the hush puppies. The young lady that took my order was very friendly and and answered all my questions on what I get with the different menu items. I will definitely be back.

Best Shrimp around town. Period. They very lightly breaded. Also their shrimp are jumbo sized. Nothing like other restaurants. They also have $1 desserts. Their coleslaw is house made and delicious. Their sandwiches are oversized and stuffed full of fish! Great value for the price! Come here you will love it. Cozy atmosphere. You will not be disappointed!

I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. It wasn't very crowded, which I appreciated since I'm not a fan of large crowds. The fish and shrimp were flavorful without being overly seasoned, and they didn't have the typical tank-raised or overpoweringly fishy taste. Typically, our visits to this restaurant are swift and smooth, but that wasn’t the case today. We waited 30 minutes for our food, while guests who arrived after us placed their orders and were served before we were. It was surprising to see takeout orders being prioritized over those of the diners. Additionally, there was a large group that comes in every Tuesday, which wouldn’t be an issue on its own, but they ended up occupying all the tables.

5 stars all the way! I am skeptical of all the reviews below 5...maybe a few 4's are ok but you can throw out the 1's, 2's, and 3's! If that's the case this place should easily be a 4.8 or 4.9 type of joint. We stopped in after a bike ride in Yorktown and I got a Catfish basket with fries, hushpuppies, and coleslaw and it came with ketchup, tarter sauce, and like a remoulade sauce all for $11.99! Everything tasted awesome and came out super hot...I don't think it gets
