"My husband just returned from Bucciarelli's Butcher Shop and Deli, where we have been regulars for weeks. We had 12 punches on our sandwich card, but he was told he couldn't redeem the free sandwich because our order didn't qualify. This has never been a problem before, and the cashier was quite rude to him. He then called to speak with a manager, and Judy spoke to him again with the same rudeness. We were loyal customers and had referred many friends to this place, but after the disrespect he experienced, we will no longer be returning. It's disappointing, especially since we've never had issues in the past. I hope Judy learns how to treat true customers better."

Absolutely the best hand-cut prime ribeye steaks, grilled to perfection over hardwood charcoal on a Weber grill. The astonished expressions and silent enjoyment around the table, punctuated by "OMG," said it all. Thank you, Bucciarelli's!

The food is of excellent quality, but the service can be somewhat frustrating at times. I typically call in my orders for sandwiches and other deli items, and each time I reach out, I receive a different response. Some staff members are happy to take my phone orders for sliced deli meats and cheeses, while others say they can't process phone orders for those items. I don’t have a strong preference either way; I just wish the service could be more consistent. View menu
