"This is about as bad as it gets. I gave 1 star because there wasn?t an option for 0 stars! I don?t like giving negative reviews, but sometimes you have to. My Philly Cheese Steak was missing everything except the meat, (I suppose I should be glad it hadthat, at least) and my Coke was not Coke. Im not sure what it was, but it was nasty. I called as a courtesy to let a managerknow there were some problems so they could work to fix them. I spoke to the shift lead, but instead of listening to the problemshe immediately became rude and defensive. There aren?t many places in Mendenhall to eat, but you?d do well to avoid wastingyour money here."

We had the grilled chicken sandwich, spicy fries, and crime scenes, and we loved everything! The chicken was absolutely delicious, and it was accompanied by a fantastic sauce!

Here's the deal: the food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I make it a point to stop by every few months when I'm passing through. I always check in with my buddy who works there. Anyone who goes there won't be disappointed. Sonic doesn't compare to Bumpers! View menu

I used to really love dining at this restaurant, but my recent experience was disappointing. My food was served cold, and the hot fudge cake was a complete disaster. Although the manager did make an effort to have my meal prepared again, which was an improvement, I don't think I'll be coming back.

This restaurant never disappoints! The food is freshly prepared and served hot, exactly as you request. The service is outstanding—friendly and prompt! Additionally, the prices are significantly better than Sonic, and the food quality is exceptional. It’s a great place for families in search of a quick meal.

I had a brief dining experience at the restaurant. I ordered the Wels dinner, which was seasoned with lemon pepper. It was quite tasty, but I believe Bumpers in Brookhaven still offers the best dish. The food was outstanding, particularly the shake. The staff were courteous, but they appeared to be quite understaffed, leading to a 45-minute wait for our meals. The car hop seemed exhausted and overwhelmed. Our bill was about $9, so we decided to give her a tip anyway. It’s unfortunate that they’re having difficulty finding enough help, especially with so many people still on unemployment. Hopefully, they receive the support they need soon.
