"This cafe is absolutely delicious! My favorite drinks are the iced and frozen versions, especially the mocha or black white, while my partner loves the hot mocha latte. I highly recommend trying their drinks if you enjoy whipped cream and a generous amount of syrup. The drive-thru service is quick, friendly, and efficient. It's always a delight to see a line of cars because I know others are enjoying this fantastic cafe too. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the quality of the products is exceptional. They also offer excellent muffins, scones, crumb cake, and cake pops. They are pet-friendly and even have special cups for furry friends, like our beloved Fred! The new cafe location above the parking lot is a great addition to their already successful business. If you haven't been yet, you should definitely check it out now!"

"I was trying to grab a quick breakfast, knowing they stop serving at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:25 AM and waited in the drive-thru until 10:32 AM, only to be told that I couldn’t order breakfast. The woman taking orders was aware that I had been waiting for several minutes, yet she still refused my order. I wouldn't have been upset if I had arrived at 10:32, but being there before they stopped serving and still being denied service—mainly due to the slow service—was frustrating. As a result, I left the drive-thru without placing an order. Chick-fil-A typically has excellent customer service, but that certainly wasn't the case today."
