"The way i was treated here, in my opinion, is totally not oK....All (NO) thanks to Maria, the manager... because of critical information SHE failed to inform when I called... Priorr to driving over 24 minutes to get to this restaurant.I seen that they offer a deal on Groupon, which I bought, and took my time out to call the resturant BEFORE placing an order to ask about how i should go about using the Groupon.Maria literally told me I could just order anything and the Groupon will count for it. In which sense especially because I have ADHD, I asked her in several different ways if I needed anything else and she told me literally no.Just make sure I have the Groupon when I come in.I get there only to be told that I know I have to buy at least one thing in addition to what was already made for the Groupon to count, I already ordered more than enough food for myself, as I got a big burrito and a taco. I'm 110 lbs I don't really do left overs.She literally kept talking over me cutting me off and telling me that there's nothing she could do for me because that's just the rule, I calmly let her know I completely get that... I really did, but why did she not let me know that over the phone when I asked her several times what did I need to do to use my Groupon.I really wanted to leave the food right there and then but I literally just drove 24 minutes to this restaurant im super hungry at this pointI'm still calm... She's now looking at me like I'm speaking some alien type of language to her.Didn't come up with any help.OH BTW NOT ONCE DID SHE APOLOGIZE TO ME FOR GIVING ME WRONG INFO OVER THE PHONE. She actually tried to make it seem like I was doing something wrong. Kind of embarrassing to say the least.So finally she tells me I could just buy a drinkImagine if I had just drove there without any money on me. Because, again, I literally called and asked her in several different ways if I needed to bring anything with me to use this coupon.Also, if you use an Apple Pay while checking out.. you have to scan a QR code .. it then takes you to Some app thing, which was new just confusing when i asked how do i use this or if i needed to make an account she acted as if she didn't hear me so i just had to spend time figuring it out.She even forgot the drink that I paid for and when I came back to get it she again, did not even say anything to me she just told another employee to get it for me.The food:The Birria taco was actually OK, it did not come with any consumé to dip it in so that kind of defeats the purpose of birria.The burrito was supposed to come with guacamole and They forgot that too. The rice was just plain white rice too very thinly sliced pieces of beef. Didn't really have much of that Spanish flavour to me.The place itself is actually a nice size and seemed fairly clean.I do have another dine in Groupon which All sales are final on so i must use so I'll reluctantly eat in in the future and try a different item.. maybe."

Bar is too high Can?t eat properly I was your only guest yet my food arrived cold I ordered 2 of the same I had for dinner to go. She came with one And simply said oh you wanted 2?! So I waited again My waitress is not public work material Pay her to smile or be welcoming, I don?t think it will happen No tonic for Gin! Not coming back.

The Cactus Grill is incredible! They have caterer many events at our venue from horse shows, weddings and corporate events and we are always impressed by the food and staff! Milton and his staff are such a joy to work with! He cares so much and is so happy all the time and accommodating to our clients. We especially love their food truck that they bring on site. We can?t say enough great things about Cactus Grill. Check them out!

My coworker and myself order from Cactus today and she was happy with her Chimichanga I on the other was extremely annoyed and unhappy with my dried and bland churros. I also order the carne asada tacos and the tortilla was drench in oil plus it could of stayed in the comal or grill a couple of seconds more. I was just untruly happy with my food. The salsas were really good. Unfortunately I couldn?t enjoy the taco.Thats why I?m giving them one star! View menu

Our recent visit to the Cactus Grill was disappointing. The chips and salsa tasted burnt and was not flavorful. Our server did not speak English (I understand it's a Mexican restaurant, but it would be nice to have servers that can understand English as well) and she seemed new. She did not understand the items we were ordering, and we had to point to the items on the menu for her to understand as we crossed our fingers that the food that came out would be the correct

We were visiting Manassas and did a 30 min research for Mexican food and chose cactus grill.. it wasn?t the best experience though. Could have chosen some other restaurant in my opinion . Firstly , the waitresss doesn?t understand what we order because she doesn?t know English . Unfortunately, we also don?t know Spanish .
