"I visited location number 1100259, which is situated next to Freeway 99 and Shaw, to purchase chicken tenders and chicken stars. Initially, I placed my order and was told to wait in front of the drive-thru, where the timers were no longer functioning. Having worked at Carl's Jr for 2 years, I am familiar with how the tenders and chicken stars are made and handled. However, I was disappointed to find that my food was not up to standard when it arrived. The potatoes were soggy, indicating that they had been left in the oil for too long, and the chicken stars were cold, suggesting they had been sitting out for a while. Despite the fact that tenders are supposed to be cooked to order, mine were nearly cold. Overall, waiting for subpar and cold food was a frustrating experience."

Usually very good and always gets your order right. They are right next to an on-ramp to the 99 freeway so it's always a good stop when you're driving to Fresno or anywhere South of Madera.

There is literally no one inside the store and there’s only two cars in the drive-through me and another one and I’m still waiting for a burger and one fries for 25 minutes if you don’t feel like working go home
