I visited another fast food restaurant that clearly doesn't take their business seriously. They claim to be open until 11:00 p.m., but when I arrived at 9:37, it looked closed. I then went to another Carl's Jr. down the street, only to find that their machines were down. What a disappointing experience!

When it looked at my order, 2 items out of 2 items were both wrong. Asked if they were right, they said yes when I got home. They were wrong. I asked for replacement when I called and Josh. The manager with no last name was unable to provide us with any kind of resolution. I also received no receipt and he was very unaccommodating when I ask for a refund or a replacement.
