"This gotta be the worst restaurant in history I don’t live in Soledad the dumb cashier took my order and parked me and never gave me my card back I called to speak to someone when I noticed it was missing all the the staff was rude and hanging up the manager JACKYLN is the worst she got a smart mouth and was no help after they didn’t give me back my card I asked for cooperate number and she gave me her personal cell number my order was not correct it was one meal and they couldn’t get that rite they parked me and given me all these problems about my card i wish I knew how to get ahold of the franchise I want JACKLYN FIRED she is very unprofessional and her staff is even worse Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

i was there this evening waiting for my order, The GM talking to employee, ignoring the orders being called from the kitchen cook one worker giving out and taking the orders to she looked very stressed shame on the manager lady. I’ve gone in other times and there are employees swearing and talking ignoring guests. Witnessing that GM does it to tell a lot this location.
