"The food was good for Colorado Mexican cuisine, but since I spend a significant amount of time in San Antonio, it doesn't quite meet those standards. The tortillas aren't freshly made, which is necessary for a five-star rating. However, the Mariachi Fajitas were very creative and tasty. The cheese enchiladas on the lunch menu were a good value for the price. The customers, who appeared to be locals, seemed to be enjoying their meals, and the drink selection was extensive. It seems that most people in this area appreciate dining here, so it’s probably worth a visit."

Delicious food! Delicious food! Good staff. Very loud environment, not a place to catch up. Delicious food though.

One of 3 good Mex food in Parker that I know of. Hadn't been in the area for a while, glad to return here. Brought someone new, both of us enjoyed the food and service during our lunch.

We had an excellent experience at Casa Mariachi recently. We went on a busy night and still had great service. The food was delicious. The frajita plate arrived sizzling hot and there was enough food for two. Casa Mariachi is one of our favorite two Mexican restaurants. Hope you enjoy this one as well.

Food was okay, rice didn’t have flavor , the black bean soup is a HUGE bowl of beans , not even broth. No tomatoes or sour cream and just a bunch of onions, no flavor in the black bean soup either. Location is nice with nice views and the server was super friendly. Wish the vegetarians options have more flavor. View menu

For me a restaurant isn't just about the food, but it's also about the service, the staff and consistency. Casa Mariachi checks all of our boxes. When there, introduce yourself. Arturo and his wife own the place and they are so sweet and kind, Saul is our favorite on the staff although they are all great. Do yourself and favor and order the pollo relleno (or Green Chicken) and the margarita with grand marnier.

Amazing service, Arturo provided us with excellent service and accommodations. I asked for him to replace my entree because I was not expecting the beef to turn out as it did, I wanted to see if I could change it out for another meat type and without missing a beat he immediately told us it was no problem and I would get it back out to me soon. Arturo was also very attentive to our table and answered any questions, also provided refills without us having to ask.

"To my surprise, within two minutes, my food returned, steaming hot. However, it was clear that they had just microwaved it. The server didn’t offer any apology from the kitchen, nor did she address the situation further when she returned with my reheated meal. My boyfriend and I were left waiting to see if the restaurant would extend any courtesy, like a discount or a complimentary drink, to make up for the unfortunate food quality. When the check arrived, there was no sign of any compensation. I had to wait for the server to come back so I could request at least a small discount due to the inconvenience. She took the check and finally went to ask her manager. After a bit, she returned and offered us half off the meal. After settling the bill, the server picked up our plates with a noticeable sigh of annoyance. While she was adequate in her service, her demeanor left a bad impression on me, especially given the situation, which could have posed a health risk. As for the restaurant itself, the overall atmosphere and food were mediocre at best. The Greek dishes were not bad in taste, but the fact that my meal was frozen suggested a lack of freshness in their ingredients. The accompanying vegetables tasted canned. The prices felt a bit steep, ranging from $17 to $25 for the dishes, which I thought should have been priced around $15 considering the quality we received. In summary, it was disappointing to have encountered a frozen meal and to receive such dismissive service about it. It felt as though the restaurant was reluctant to acknowledge the issues or make amends until we explicitly requested something. The experience left much to be desired, especially regarding food safety and customer care."
