"This place is tucked in between 2 hotels that we use to stay at often when visiting my daughter. That's why we know about it. Now we go there because we liked it so much! They have great service every time we've been there! The food is classic American fair, I had fish and chips my husband had beef stroganoff. Both were hot and exactly what we expected! Our server was great, even though she was the only one there, we didn't feel neglected at all, and the food came out just as it should've with appetizers first, then salad followed by the main course. All were the appropriate temperature when they came, no sitting under the heat lamps for an hour! I really liked Cascade Grill and will go back!"

The waiter Jordan treated better then I’ve ever been treated . Best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant!!! He shook my hand and said “ Welcome to Albany ! “ like he was proud of it. Cascade Grill you can be proud of him!!

They were busy so we got seated in the lounge, which was quiet and comfortable. My shrimp alfredo was delicious and more than I could eat with a lot of shrimp. Our server was friendly and efficient. I'd recommend them for a sit-down meal.

I stopped by for dinner with friends recently and the food far exceeded my expectations. My small, 6 oz., steak was far better than acceptable, it was excellent and only $20. And the inexpensive house Merlot was also surprisingly good. I will definitely go there again when I am the area. Highly recommend View menu

This restaurant had the BEST EVER HOUSE SALAD, five lettuces, carrots, tomatoes, cukes. It was eye candy AND DELICIOUS. Staff was really friendly. The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars, my BBQ chicken was moist and perfectly cooked except it was BBQsauced not true BBQ. Other than that it was tasty, my friend had the Salmon and raved about it.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding, truly worthy of a five-star rating. The service from the waiter was top-notch as well. However, the atmosphere only deserves three stars. The wait time was unreasonable, with a packed lobby and some customers even leaving without being seated because of the delays. The staff appeared to be disorganized, with unattended open tabs and employees standing idly. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the food makes it worth a return visit. Perhaps my experience was just an anomaly, given how good the food was.

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
