"The manager, Jennette (I'm not sure about the spelling), is consistently rude and reacts aggressively to even the smallest inconveniences, which makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand that some people struggle with anger issues, but it’s disappointing to see a business employ individuals who aren’t suited for customer-facing roles, especially in such high-stress positions. It makes me wonder if this reflects the values of upper management and the company as a whole. All I hoped for was a simple, genuine apology. It's a shame."

I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger pizza, exactly how I phrased it. Instead, I received a sandwich. When I called back, I found out they no longer make that pizza. Now I'm out $10. How could they confuse that with a sandwich?

I had to call 4 different times to get some one to answer, when I did I was informed they no longer sell bacon cheeseburger pizza. So I got a LG. Meat lovers with very little meat. Took 65 minutes for the worst pizza I've ever had. View menu

Almost always have what I'm looking for and usually nice staff. I have had some issues such as: multiple days in a row I'd stop on my way to work and their cappuccino machine wouldn't work, and today a younger female rolled her eyes at me.

we have been in charles city now for a year: we have ordered numerous pizza from here: All have been A plus..we had one lil mishap about ordering but the management was quick to fix..and made it more than right: Tonight I was extremely hungry for a breakfast pizza I asked if the could do a ham breakfast pizza..i was so happy when he said yes.!!
