"We ordered our meal online through the app while getting groceries and went to the restaurant to eat. There were 3 girls standing in the area where sandwiches are made talking…not doing any work. We got our meals from the pick up order area, filled our pops, and sat down to eat. There were no napkins in our bag so I had to go ask for those. About 5 minutes later, one of the girls told us that the store closes in 10 minutes. We said ok and continued eating. Then we were told again 5 minutes later that they wanted to let us know that they were closing in 5 minutes. We were aware of this and didn’t feel the need to have employee yell across restaurant not one, but twice, to let us know. They seemed irritated that we were there at that time. The 12 minutes we were there, they stood and talked the entire time. We left with 3 minutes left until their closing time and took the food left with us to eat at home. As we walked out, they began cleaning up the store. If they were that concerned about closing on time, they could have been cleaning while we were there instead of talking."

The company quit selling the better sandwich and now offers one made of ground up and sliced meat. I refuse to go there again, The traditional BMT and Cold cut combo no longer exists.

I was that customer who placed a large takeout order just 30 minutes before closing time. Faye, one of the staff members, called me to inform me that they were out of one of the ingredients and was very apologetic about it. I didn't mind at all, and they were able to substitute the ingredient for me. All four footlongs were spot on with no mistakes, and Faye, along with two other staff members whose names I didn’t catch, was very friendly and professional. Overall, a great takeout experience!

I was the only customer in line, but I still felt hurried while placing my order. Although the staff was friendly, they seemed more focused on getting me through quickly. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, even though I clearly stated what I wanted. It was the little things that went wrong—I asked for pickles but didn’t get any, and I requested garlic aioli sauce, which was also missing. Additionally, my wrap ended up being more like a ball than what I expected. I will have to reconsider before visiting again. Service: Takeout.
