"This was my very first time visiting Cebiche Highlands and I ordered the Ceviche Mixto; it was refreshingly good. I wish the portions were bigger but just because I love this dish. The classic margarita was also refreshing for a hot day. The plantains... so yummy that I did not even have time to take a picture... they were gone! And the service... friendly, fast, and fantastic! I would come back."

This is the best Peruvian restaurant in Colorado! The tiradito was outstanding, the lomo saltado was fantastic, and the picarones were delightful! The service was exceptional! I loved every aspect of my experience!

Food was great but service outstanding! We had some very tasty dishes in this small restaurant; we felt like being on vacation. Friendly staff who even accommodated us when we forgot to mention we had a Groupon (mentioned during reservations but forgot after a few drinks). Thank you for a cozy tasty night out!
