"Upon entering, we were not greeted by anyone at the front door. Several waitresses passed by, possibly closing out tabs, but none acknowledged us with a friendly welcome or informed us that someone would assist us shortly. After several minutes of waiting amidst a crowd at the entrance, someone finally approached us, took our names, and inquired about our reservations. Once we were finally seated, there was still no one to greet us or take our drink orders. The hostess walked by and asked if anyone had attended to our table, to which we replied no. She then took our drink and appetizer orders. Shortly after, our waitress came over to take our drink order, only for us to inform her that the hostess had already done so. It seemed that the staff was overwhelmed that night, as we noticed waitstaff bustling around trying to manage everything. Despite this, the food was outstanding, making our overall experience enjoyable, albeit marred by the service issues."

The music selection was good but it was extremely loud. I could hardly hear what my date was saying. The food and drinks are really good. I got the curry chicken, Kingston 11 to drink and the rum bundt cake for desert and had no complaints!

This has always been my go-to restaurant, and I've consistently enjoyed great service and food here. However, my experience on Friday was disappointing. I never received any of the items I ordered. I've been coming here for years, and I've never experienced service like I did on Friday.

Unfortunately, our waitress was not very attentive, and I hope she was simply new to the job. We were seated in an area designed for six, but we made it work. We had to repeatedly ask for additional menus and silverware.
