The staff had no records of my confirmed reservation; but the seat was plentiful upon our arrival.

This was an unexpected find in Downtown Concord. The quiche and Dessert Crepes were for dying! I will definitely return.

Air condition vents on floor had us change tables. Table was two put together one was about 3 inches taller than the other. Food was good, but priced too high. Trying to be a high end venue, but not that great.

They do not have their act together. Had reservations which THEY confirmed then they were surprised to see us. Waited a good while with no menus no apology no water. Forgot to get one persons order, one persons water, and 4 out of 6 peoples sides. First experience wasn’t great either. Thought we’d try again done now. It’s a crying shame.

Had reservations for ten am on mother's day. We get there and they don't open until eleven. Nothing in this town is open at ten on a Sunday. We wait an hour, come back, one other table ahead of us. Takes thirty minutes to get our food...well half the tables food. My son's food took another twenty minutes. I ended up giving half my food. This place is a disaster. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Walking into Chez Francois was like walking into a real Parisian restaurant and The ambiance was wonderful and cozy. Just big enough to know you’re not alone but small enough to feel romantic. Candlelight dinner with excellent food and drink, then topped off with a wonderful Crepe was magnificent in itself but then to be able to go dancing in the same location with my date was the “cherry” on top. We just took the elevator upstairs and voila, great band and plenty of room to dance! Thank you so very much Pam, for a lovely evening!

We're at 7:30 in the restaurant. Everything went well with our drinks and appetizer orders that arrived in time. Unfortunately, the time at 8:30 had not received our salads or entrees. The server is completely disappeared, we later found out that she went out The kitchen staff and hostess asked us again and again what we ordered that there was a mix of orders and tables. They finally worked it out, but then we were a little hungry and impatient. Our escorts ordered the duck (boiled) and the cod (music). You were a little disappointed. My husband and I were very disappointed with our experience here! We expected authentic French food with a semi formal dining atmosphere. 1. Upon entry we weren’t acknowledged and stood waiting for about ten minutes. 2. The tables had no linen, the Valentines decor was something a ten year old could have pulled off. 3. The chefs that were cooking were wearing T-shirts, hoodies and baseball caps. No one looked professional! 4. Both my husband and I had horrible entree’s. My scallops were ok, but had no flavor.
