"They made an error on our order. This place has NO customer service. Not once did anyone come out to ask how things were, and the place was not busy. We asked for extra bowls to share a dessert, they came without extra spoons, and when we asked they made it seem like we were making unreasonable asks! When we went to pay our bill one of the staff asked the cashier to discount our food since they messed up. The cashier pretended not to hear this and claimed it was too late because he swiped the credit card we were standing in front of him and he blatantly lied. We did not receive our discount. With no desire to argue, we left without leaving a tip. Never again will we visit this establishment."

I don’t know why they would be on open table. This is not a place that takes reservations. It’s a very small walk in pizza place that you order at the counter. They didn’t know the menu, couldn’t make recommendations, were out of wine but didn’t know that when we ordered. The pizza was really good which was the only positive thing. We ended up getting it to go and eating at our hotel

I got a text about a promotion, but when I tried to use it, the manager said it wouldn't be honored. The food is delicious, but the restaurant feels more business-focused than customer-oriented. If you're a fan of great food, I would recommend them, but don't expect them to honor any deals they send you via text.
