"I went in feeling like a starved glutton, only to leave feeling like a full bellied king. For the past week, I've been living off of gas station food through long hours of work. The roasted bone marrow appetizer followed up with Rustica's signature wagyu steak with potatoes and broccoli florets had given me a taste of culture and civility which our shared world is currently very much lacking. Bill, the first face of Rustica I had the pleasure to meet welcomed me in without a second word toward not having a reservation prior to my arrival. I was treated better than I treat myself most time. And a special thank you to the bartender Jaymie, the sharp spoken blonde with glasses and a warming smile, treated me wonderfully (the wine matched the steak so well, thank you). though I felt like a tramp just off the street as I first entered, I left feeling like a person again. Thank you, Rustica. Thank your staff as well, I hope this restaurant stays around for decades to come."
